Great location, staff was nice but there were policies that made it feel impersonal: flight was late so had to check in after midnight but couldn’t get into room until hour after because of computer system audit? They need to update system. Stayed 13 days and asked to clean room just once but they said they could not unless we paid $10 extra because they clean only after 14 days? Carpet in room and hallway was old and worn. They need to remodel.

Parking was full, hard to find a disabled spot close to entrance. Day staff excellent. Night staff interesting. When I arrived, I was on crutches, I checked in before I dropped my friends off. I’ll let them know that I was just checking in real quick cause it was so late and I handed him them. My ID comment they weren’t doing anything. They said well we need everybody’s ID. I said it’s just me and my Service dog then the gal says well how did you drive here then. I stated my left foot is not the one that I use to drive but I shouldn’t have even had to explain that it was awkward. But I I’d still don’t think they believed me because they walked by my room and listened. My dog alerted me someone was there. Since they do allow pets that is excellent and great. They need to do a better job of deodorizing and cleaning the rooms. Additionally, my bedspread had a cigarette hole. It was a great location, great price, but not that clean not super dirty. Either more attention needs to be put in the details.

Put us on the first floor right by the laundry room ,people doing laundry at 340 am right by staff room door ,open and closing all night,right above us a family with children running around thumping at 533 am .floors in room where not washed .had no sleep ...but when i told staff about the people upstairs they did,call or talk to them cuz they became quite after wards .

The pillows all smelled like human head stink. There were fingernail clippings on the bed. Pretty sure the sheets hadn't been washed appropriately. I left a day earlier than planned and went to a different hotel because it was so disgusting.

The kitchen was small but very functional, and the cook pots, dishes and silverware were all good quality. The bed was very comfortable. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. There was no noise from adjoining rooms except for a loud barking dog that someone left alone in the room all day. The "breakfast bar" was minimal with mostly processed foods, but we had our own food so it didn't matter. We will definitely consider returning here.
