I feel bad for adjacent rooms when at 1am, before showering, turned on the exhaust fan which exhumed a most terrifying and deathly sequel as a very tired fan tried its best to move air as loudly as possible. Ahem. Unless you want the room participating in the drum & bass sets of nearby clubs, please replace the exhaust fan in room 103. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel is great!! But our room was impossibly loud. The aircon unit effective ment that the window was open all night and we were kept awake by garbage trucks and outside noise all night. If possible book a room at the front of the hotel.

The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. He and the morning staff were very helpful and friendly. The continental grab and go breakfast was just what we needed. The location was steps away from our cruise peer 66 and walkable to sites like the Space Needle.
