They demanded I pay a fee for my service animal because I didn’t have documentation or a “certificate “ stating she’s a service animal. Highly illegal, which I explained to them. They didn’t care. Moldy grout in the shower, a hole where the tub spout should be. Never given directions to find our room on the second level. Housekeeping constantly knocking on the door despite the do not disturb sign. The beds are hard. I could go on and on but won’t, definitely not staying here again. Not worth the $$

Through the night persons staying in fully packed vehicle, began to unpack all belongs forward amongst 3 spaces, and run extension cord across parking lot from soda and ice machines back to the car.
