This Atrium Villa has an inviting open floor plan with ocean views visible from multiple sliding doors leading to the deck. Upon entering, the fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, custom walnut cabinets and stainless appliances. There is counter height seating for 6. A 42" wall mounted HDTV with cable and Netflix for your viewing.
The master bedroom is on the left with queen bed, 28" HDTV, and en suite bath. The master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combination. On the right side of the property is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds with en suite bath, TV and sliding doors to the deck. This bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower and hair dryer. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. You also have access to the Lake House facilities - outdoor pool (no fee), indoor pool & fitness center (fees apply). An Amenity Card pre-order form will be emailed when final payment for your reservation is made. This form is to be submitted to the Amenity Office a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of arrival to avoid a late fee (information will not be accepted over the phone due to volume of requests received) For last minute reservations, the pre-order form must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate processing time.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
