they had a great staff, and the room's were nice. they offered a pool and gym and a free cookie.

The room was fine no problems. But with breakfast, it should have been included in with the price. Breakfast was good, but more wait staff was needed. It took too long

Highly recommend! My only complaint is I had terrible service while in the elm and couldn't connect to wifi but I think it's just because of my cellular carrier.

Comfortable bed Small room Rude staff except really nice housekeeping Empty Bad renovations

Arrived at 5pm from NY (prepaid room) check-in was at 3pm no rooms available. Got in a room around 5:45pm staff was not apologetic at all. I recieved a call at 6pm to tell me my two 6 year old kids were being too loud and they were just watching T.V. and laughing like normal kids. I've stayed at a lot of hotels never had a complaint about noise ever. Next morning I woke up to black water coming out of the faucets in the bathroom could not take a shower or even brush my teeth. I called to get some complementary water to use they said ok unfortunately I'm still waiting on it. I would recommend a hospitality training for all staff including the manager that never returned my call. Left the hotel and stayed at Hampton Inn in Stroudsburg great experience.

We go through Scranton periodically and never had considered this hotel in its old incarnation. It's very conveniently located off I-81 South, and under the new management, it's sleek and clean. You can tell it's recently had an overhaul, and a fine one. The staff was uniformly friendly, and our waiter at breakfast (which was both surprisingly quite good and reasonable for a hotel breakfast) performed heroically; they might want to consider an extra staffer at breakfast, though he did great given the circumstances. Comfy, bed, quiet, spacious room, too. We had a discount from a major travel site that made our stay a real bargain.

I had to find somewhere to stay for the night and was not excited about Scranton being the location. With that said, the hotel was very nice inside. The room smelled clean and had very new/modern bedding, TV, furniture, etc. It was located right off I-81 and was easily accessed with ample parking. Their pool and hot tub are VERY large and nice. I gave 2 stars for the staff for two reasons. 1: The security guard was a little unprofessional in his talking to me. I happened to get to the hotel at 10:30 and I went straight to the hot tub after 8 hours of driving. At 11PM he came in and flicked the lights off then back on and said "pool's closed boss". 2: It took the guy behind the desk three tried to get my room key programmed correctly because they had changed the lock on the door. I was on the 6th(top) floor, so each time I had to take the elevator to the top, walk all the way down the hall with my suitcase and try the door. This added 20-30 minutes to my check-in. There is no included breakfast either...you have to buy it at the restaurant. I didn't get it as I left at 7AM but the prices and selection looked good.

The hotel location was great - close enough to enjoy the Pocono's activities and scenery but within a safe and more metro area.

Great Hotel! Perfect location, clean and friendly.

We went to the Lost Trails ATV Park and stayed here. We booked online just prior to walking in the hotel door. We were pleasantly greeted and given our room key. Once the kids and I carried our stuff up we found the room dirty but when we called the front desk they quickly sent someone up with the key to a new room so we did not have to carry our things back down. The room was VERY clean and comfortable with 2 queens instead of full sized beds which is always a plus. As you can imagine, we were very muddy but one call to the front desk and the brought up extra soap and towels within 3 minutes. The also were happy to assist with other needs we had. Checkout was extremely easy and fast. Did I mention the later check out time??? Bonus!

This hotel recently went through a renovation. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean, comfy and conveniently located.
