Welcome to Schwaz, the Silver City of Tyrol! The City Apartments are centrally located and offer the ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the region. Explore the historic old town of Schwaz, visit the impressive silver mine, or enjoy a relaxed walk along the Inn River. Nature and sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the nearby ski areas of Zillertal, Achensee, and Kellerjoch - whether skiing, snowboarding, or hiking in the alpine landscape. Lake Achensee also invites you to water sports activities and picturesque boat tours.



The City Apartments offer you four different categories tailored to your individual needs. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and invite you to feel at home.



For your comfort, we offer a lift that makes all floors easily accessible. In the basement, a coin-operated washing machine (without detergent) and a vacuum cleaner are available for our guests. Pets are allowed in the City Apartments. Directly in the building, our guests have access to an underground car park with a total of four parking spaces, which are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis. In addition, numerous public parking options are available nearby, which can be used for a fee.



City Apartments Premium (up to 6 persons)

Perfect for larger families or groups of up to 6 people. This spacious apartment comprises three separate bedrooms with two double beds and a bunk bed specifically designed for children. An additional sofa bed offers further seating. The living kitchen is generously designed and ideal for sociable evenings. In addition to a bathroom with shower and toilet, there is an additional separate toilet as well as a practical storage room. Another special feature is the quietly located balcony.
