Bien placé en ville avec les avantages des tropiques ( jardins, chants d'oiseaux... ). Joli studio bien équipé, propre et indépendant de la résidence principale. Présence discrète de la gentille et serviable propriétaire ( Danièle ) mais qui reste à disposition en cas de nécessité. À recommander sans hésitation.
