Great little spot on n the heart of town. Bedroom with the balcony can be loud at night, but host provides ear plugs! Back bedroom has loud fan and a/c keeps it cool and quiet! Had an issue with the fridge, they addressed and fixed immediately. Roof top garden is magical!!! Pool is great and private, get chicken across the street at Yolanda’s! You won’t regret this stay!!!

The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but communication from the host left much to be desired.We arranged a bag drop for our arrival, showed up on time, and called and messaged the host. After one response confirming the time, they went silent. We waited outside for two hours in 90 heat and high humidity before finally receiving the entry code. We never received clarification on what happened.The biggest issue was a broken AC in one bedroom. With the room becoming extremely hot, four of us slept in one room for two nights, including two people on the floor. A technician confirmed the unit needed to be replaced. The host offered an alternate room but stopped responding when we asked about logistics. After nearly 24 hours, we contacted Vrbo. The host then provided details for the other room and refunded one night, which we appreciated.There were also smaller issues we didn’t raise: lizard droppings on the sheets, a refrigerator that wasn’t cooling properly, and an unclean toilet in the replacement room. Our main focus was getting the AC situation resolved.We loved the property, location, and the kind people we met on site (and Yolanda’s chicken!). With more timely, proactive communication, these issues could have been handled much more smoothly. The stay has a lot of potential, and we hope the host makes these changes for future guests.
