the tv remote only works from 3 ft away. Breakfast was over an hr late to start, from 7 to 8am. Only waffles and toast and an apple. Even the 1 hard boiled egg was gone in minutes and none replaced. The coffee at 7am was cold and had to wait till 8am for coffee. I asked the night prior for a late check out and she said to ask in the morning , I did and was told no instantly with some attitude, I said that's the very first time I was told no at any hotel ever in my life, she went to ask the "manager" and that took a door open and 2 seconds to say no. Only 2 rags in the room with double beds , none for the shower area, only the sink, no trash bags in the trash cans, and I got an apple juice and 2 waters charged to the room and they must've been $15 bc of the $75 deposit, I only got $60 back. The morning crew really made staying here feel like I was ripped off. I did not have a nice stay.

The whole property was filled with people using and selling drugs. The smell of marijuana was everywhere and seeped into the room all night. Was completely shocked to find this…. It looked like such a charming place online.

It was odd. It is extended stay so there are a lot of children roaming the halls. The staff were nice. The room didn’t cool down much either. The bed was comfortable though! If you’re looking for an economic comfortable sleep, this is your place!

The room was spacious and clean but that's where it ends. Someone was knocking on doors at 4am including mine. I left my license at the front desk and wasn't bothered to be notified, key card was disabled unexpectedly, front desk wasn't available when needed, I had to go back down and wait, no elevators, a fight broke out in the lobby on the morning of checkout. So ghetto

First of all, it took FOREVER to check in!!! For some reason, they couldn’t find my reservation in the system. I showed confirmation number and they still wasn’t able to locate it. Finally, he said he figured it out. We missed our dinner reservation because of that situation. Then, once in the room, I noticed a worm crawling on the floor.

Decent value for the price

The hotel is conveintly located about 12 minutes from Forsyth Park and about another 6 minutes from River Street. It may not be right for some but after making some adjustments and with the staffs help, I was glad I stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing nights sleep.
