Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. We greatly enjoyed staying in this historic home. Whoever decorated it had a great sense of color and eclectic choice of comfortable furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were in need of more cushioning( we bought a set from Costco) to use on the trip. The kitchen was up to date. The bathroom gave an historic vibe, functional, cabinets need updated. The stairs to the front of the home are narrow, the back of the home are steep. We considered it part of our daily workout. There are railings on both sides of both sets of steps. We were on the second floor. We did hear the guests above us moving around but it was not a problem for us. Definitely within walking distance to the park. Overall the place is a great historic, charming home.

It had that perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience that really made our trip feel special.The location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or quick ride away. We loved being able to explore the city during the day and then come back to a cozy, quiet space to relax in the evenings. That was especially important as we stayed through the St. Patrick’s Day holiday. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Savannah. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Jones street and we had a wonderful time! Although this property was a little warn it was immaculately clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed for a proper Christmas dinner. Please be aware that this is unit is on the second floor and the stairs are narrow so if you're planning on bringing up a large, wide cooler, think again my friends! I shutter to think of the surveillance camera coverage of my husband and I attempting to load in and out. Please don't post it to youtube. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this property, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

Great location! This was our second time staying here. Quiet…with the exception of the people above us…but not too bad. Property is very clean and well stocked for whatever you may need. My husband and I loved our stay here. Perfect location on a street that was voted most beautiful street in Savannah and it’s obvious why. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it’s such a safe & friendly area! It was a nice perk having a free parking spot to use.
