Very clean home. Location was great. Once we arrived we walked and took the trolley our whole stay. The home has a great layout, fully equipped kitchen with a nice courtyard between the house and garage to relax on. The online pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s lovely!

Wonderful stay in Savannah!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This may be the nicest vacation rental our family has stayed in as far as cleanliness, updated appliances, furniture, etc. It’s a beautiful home and was spotless. A great place to come home to after a long day of exploring all Savannah has to offer. The location is great too in terms of being in walking distance to just about everything. Only thing I would note is that the primary guest bedroom does not have a shower so of the two bedrooms in the main house, there is only one shower. That being said, that would not prevent us from staying here again. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was a spacious 3 story home on East Broughton Street. A close walk to shops and restaurants and the river. The villa was spacious, super clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The private courtyard was so peaceful. We sat out there in the mornings drinking our coffee and at night with a glass a wine before going out. There are 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The secondary bedroom has a shower with steam which we all took full advantage of during our stay. The rooftop was a great bonus. It's a winding staircase up to the top but once you're up there, it's nice to look over the rooftops. We had a minivan but it fit perfectly in the garage with little room to spare. We would rent this villa again.

Perfect Savannah Spot

Nine ladies stayed here for our annual college reunion. We had the main house and the carriage house as well. It was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed and then wandered out right into the historic district for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect- you can pop in at any time to change or drop off your shopping bags. Close to the river. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely property within easy walking distance to Broughton shopping, River Street and more. The home and carriage house were incredibly clean, fresh, and welcoming. The one car garage was a big perk too. And there were awesome amenities which surprised us such as the house-wide Bluetooth sound system. What could have been a bit better was the hospitality of an early check-in. The price per night was, to me, above average and would have warranted some grace and flex. There were some cosmetic issues inside with wall/ceiling spots, light bulbs out, etc. Supplies like TP and paper towels were sparse considering # of guests and nights we stayed. We wanted to hook up a game system, but the main TV (although there were plenty of others) was not compatible. The rooftop was awesome for fireworks watching but there was no real seating, umbrella, tables, or comforts; most of us just stood around. The patio had a table but no umbrella and a small grill would have been nice. One bigger thing to note is the master bed and bath. There is a spacious overlook loft which can serve as a 4th bedroom but you access it from the main bedroom, which might be weird for guests, but great for kids. The master bath, although huge, has only a tub with a hand held spray wand coming from the tub. We called it a Shub. No standing, just sitting. Awkward for someone 6'6".The kitchen was great, well equipped as we cooked one big meal in. The large dining table sat 10 comfortably. All in all GOOD stay!

Savanna Historical district

We arrived to this home on Thursday. We were happy to get an early check in so we could explore the city on a Segway Tour to get a lay of the area. This property is perfect for walking to just about everything. The house was perfect for us three couples with our own private rooms and baths. The furniture very comfortable in the living area. The beds all firm but comfortable all of us slept well which at 60. + is important! We loved it and would recommend it!

Great location, huge location, needs tissue boxes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a bacherlorette. Spacious kitchen/dining room. Living spaces were great and the bonus carriage house over the garage was a great feature. Minutes walk to a coffee/burrito place and to Leopold's. Super convenient location. Lucky Savannah was easy to communicate with and let us store luggage prior to check in and after check out. Only thing was there no tissues around and it would have been helpful to have those around.

Terrific location.

We are a family of seven. Grandparents, parents, and adult (or almost adult) grandchildren. The main house accommodated the older folks and the carriage house (with an interconnecting private courtyard) provided the younger folks with their own space. Perfect arrangement for our family.Other than a couple of minor glitches at check in due to a couple of wrong codes (there were 4 codes to gain access to both houses) our stay was error-free. The folks at Lucky Savannah were friendly and helpful, even delivering a broom and dust pan, as the house had none. Our location in downtown historic Savannah was perfect for seeing much of the sights in the area.

Really Enjoyed my stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a really positive experience staying with the Lucky Savannah rental company at the Villa on Broughton. The place was perfect for the bachelorette party. The place was pretty clean and in a good location. It was a little far from river street and City Market but not too bad. It was so nice that they had an office in savannah that we could keep our luggage. We had a late flight on Sunday, and they let us keep our luggage at their office all day. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.
