Brautiful House, great location

House is absoltuly beautiful and worked perfectly for our 2 families to gather. Close to River Street and tours.

Quaint Savannah property

It’s exactly what you would expect for a typical Savannah home. We loved it. Everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay and the convenience to River Street. The two kitchens were very helpful and we also enjoyed the shops and restaurants which were very close to the house.Please consider upgrading the furniture or reupholstering the chairs. With older people in my party, the downstairs furniture was not optimal.

Friends getaway

The location was fantastic, beds were comfy and overall a great place. We had a little trouble getting into the house but the management company solved the issue quickly. We didn't realize it was 2 separate units but that worked out just fine for us in the end. There was a bit of a musty smell when you first enter but not unexpected for an old building and the house was clean.

Great Location in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was a great location in Savannah, however, I don't believe it was worth almost $900 per night for a 4 bedroom townhouse in October with a tiny backyard patio that was basically in a parking lot. They don't show it in the photos, but there is a parking lot on 1/2 of the house, and it is lit up at night, which is great for safety, but makes all the bedrooms which are on that side, light up at night. The property is an older home, which we loved, but the property could be updated and cleaned, as there were stains on furniture. The front door needs to be locked, or it swings open and that was a pain when we only had 1 key for 7 people. Maybe instead of 1 key, have a newer deadbolt lock that is a code, like the one inner door. You could leave the key in the lockbox, but it then when had one left, we either had to leave it there or have someone lock the door behind us. The laundry on each floor, which I think are rented as separate units, was great! When I got there, the inner door code didn't work and I had to call to get it reset, and then I never messed with it again. They were very helpful in fixing that plus letting us check in 1 hour early and keep our cars parked in the parking spots until 12pm. I would stay again, but do think it isn't worth the price point.

Awesome area close to everything

We never used the rental car. Walked everywhere. We had rented both homes and one was locked and they came within 3-5 minutes to open it.

Convenient location for family wedding

We got to town, parked 2 cars in the assigned lot and another car in the nearby garage and never touched them until departure 5 days later. Walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. $10 Uber rides will get you somewhere if you are in a hurry or dont feel like walking. House is large, clean and very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Self-serve check in and check out were easy enough. Definitely recommend.

Great stay. Access was easy

Property managers were very responsive when we had a key issue and had someone there within minutes. Great location and one reserved parking space. Parking deck is adjacent to property so excess vehicles were able to park there or on the abundant street parking. Kitchens are well stocked with utensils - we concentrated on one kitchen upstairs for our cooking, but if we didn't have it up there, the downstairs kitchen did. Would definitely stay again.
