This property has breathtaking views and surpassed. Any idea that I had about this place. I highly recommend it. We stayed in the cottage. The sunrise was beautiful overlooking the water. Very steep incline for anybody with disabilities. That’s the only downfall. Otherwise, it’s worth the extra money!
Paid over $1100 for two nights. Staff was rude, the room was dated, dust was everywhere mattress was so uncomfortable. $35/day parking.
Stayed in Mansion Suite. Enjoyed the great view and balcony.
It was a very pricey stay for what we got.

Lovely modern design facility set amongst traditional older buildings in the small quaint city of Sausalito. Hotel reminds me of small hotel in Europe, modern and efficient. Room is very nice, large bath and great shower. Comfy bed.
Beautiful room, excellent facilities. The "loft" style room was not too convenient as we had to keep going up and down for various needs.
When we arrived everyone was very helpful and firendly. We loved room 700, it was cozy, cute and very clean. Excellent room service too! We will be back.
We loved our harbor view room. The room was beautiful and the service excellent. We did not use the spa and the lobby was under construction. We did have breakfast at Poggio. It was good with the exception of the burnt bacon.
It's a beautiful hotel (I stayed in a hillside cabin room) these rooms are amazing, spacious and cozy. My only disappointment was that the main reason for choosing this hotel was the spa and it is closed because they are remodeling it, I would have appreciated that this had been specified at the time of making the reservation and not until I checked in.
The hotel is fine. It is a little tired and worn, but the main issue is the customer facing staff - ie front desk. They don't seem to care about customer service or providing a good guest experience. I won't go into all the details, but it really is disappointing and surprising that this so called 4 star hotel with rooms at $450 a night can't properly train or educate its staff to be more accomodating sympathetic and genuine in their work. Every request and issue seems like a chore. Wifi was sketchy and I had to spend 15 minutes on a tech support call to get it to barely work in my room. The shower water was tepid and went warm to cold and never heated up. Overall, its a great location. The place is interesting, but if you want good service, don't count on it,
