This is our first, but won’t be our last, visit to this centrally located and VERY charming property. Their towels were the softest. Thanks for the hospitality and dinner recommendations

I love this hotel! Have stayed many times and will keep coming back. This time I had a tiny room in the parking lot and the room was OK, but it was too warm and little ventilation. I would make sure I didn’t stay in that room again. Not sure if the name of room but was number 201. Again love this hotel but I don’t recommend this room.

I would return anytime. The rooms and main floor were so lovely, fresh flowers, immaculate, light filled. Beds and linens luxurious. Staff is not there full time but attentive and reachable by phone. The location cannot be better. We stayed in 203 and had a shared veranda with water view. a negative was $20 parking fee per night. Also no breakfast or wine and cheese due to Covid. No guest info book in the room and remotes are impossible to figure out.

Great location; right in the heart of downtown. Loved that it had a wood burning fireplace in the common room. Matthew, the front desk clerk was very helpful. Helping us with luggage, orienting us to the property and downtown area with maps. I will definitely be back!

The house was very unique and comfortable. Our room was huge with views of the water and city. Everything was very clean and the staff treated us with respect and kindness.

A great location. Well maintained. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about area sights including directions.

The Inn was interesting and front office staff were very friendly. The room was extremely small, very little space to put clothes. Expected a better room for the price which was high. Location was great. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice, but not for us. Room off the lobby too loud for the extra rest we wanted.

beautiful location, room and hotel. excellent breakfast spread and afternoon wine and cheese. First floor room a little too close to parking lot. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Enjoyed it very much! The staff was great and the view was nice.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is well done....very fresh. Hotel has a lot of stairs. Has parking on site

Staff was so welcoming and relaxed. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms - cozy!

Overall we loved being there, very nice people running it and also the guests, who interacted at the dining room table for breakfast. The one downside was water temperature in the shower.

We stayed for one night at the Gables Inn, and we were provided complimentary wine and cheese from 5:30pm to 7pm. We also got free breakfast in the morning from 8-10am. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our room was only a few blocks from the ocean and restaurants so we walked down there for dinner which was.l very convenient.

Of the 3 hotels we stayed in, this was my favorite. Although it wasn't that cold out we had a gas fireplace in our room which was really pretty. The bed was comfortable and the carpeting was soft and you could tell it was just vacuumed. The condiments for the in room coffee keurig was all in a nice wooden box. They have wine and chrese at 5:30 every night which was really nice. Breakfast was great too! There were several tyoes of fruit and pastries, coffee, orange juice and milk. There really was no view out our window but the room was so pretty I didn't mind. One last thing is the location was amazing. It is a half a block from the Main Street in Sausalito. Close to everything. There is a Christmas store at the bottom of Princess Street and I fell in love with that too! great place.

Staff were very helpful in many ways. Breakfast was wonderful. Would suggest waiting to book here. Is currently in serious need of renovations, updating, a lot of cleaning and treatment of bug infestations.

We had a wonderful stay. You can walk to all the shops and dining spots and ten steps to gorgeous views of SF and the ocean. The staff was attentive and breakfast was light but perfect for a morning bite.
