There was no air conditioner unfortunately and I had 2 spiders in my room. Unfortunately one of them was active on the ceiling and so I had to take care of it with a pillow. This was at night and there is no staff available after 8 pm (except with an appointment).

Great location, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and spacious and we liked the balcony and view BUT the front desk person couldn’t be bothered with basic customer service. Prior to arriving the front desk person called to enquirer about the timing of our arrival, I told him around 2:30 and he said see you then. When we arrived just after 3, he checked us in and directed us to our room. We carried our luggage up to a room that was still being cleaned. When we came back down and told him our room wasn’t ready he didn’t even react, just “oh it’s not ready”. We walked to the town for about 20-30 minutes. When we walked in he saw us but said nothing. I walked upstairs to see the room was still not ready. Again, no reaction. We sat in the lobby waiting and not once did the front desk person acknowledge the inconvenience, offer any updates on when the room would be ready, offer us any water, apologize for the delay, etc. We continued to wait in the lobby for another 20 minutes until we could access our room, 1 hour after the official 3pm check in time. We are reasonable people and understand that things happen and rooms may not be ready at check in time but it was the total lack of acknowledgment or any customer service that was so off putting.

We had a nice time, thank you!

This is our first, but won’t be our last, visit to this centrally located and VERY charming property. Their towels were the softest. Thanks for the hospitality and dinner recommendations

I love this hotel! Have stayed many times and will keep coming back. This time I had a tiny room in the parking lot and the room was OK, but it was too warm and little ventilation. I would make sure I didn’t stay in that room again. Not sure if the name of room but was number 201. Again love this hotel but I don’t recommend this room.

I would return anytime. The rooms and main floor were so lovely, fresh flowers, immaculate, light filled. Beds and linens luxurious. Staff is not there full time but attentive and reachable by phone. The location cannot be better. We stayed in 203 and had a shared veranda with water view. a negative was $20 parking fee per night. Also no breakfast or wine and cheese due to Covid. No guest info book in the room and remotes are impossible to figure out.

Great location; right in the heart of downtown. Loved that it had a wood burning fireplace in the common room. Matthew, the front desk clerk was very helpful. Helping us with luggage, orienting us to the property and downtown area with maps. I will definitely be back!

The house was very unique and comfortable. Our room was huge with views of the water and city. Everything was very clean and the staff treated us with respect and kindness.

A great location. Well maintained. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about area sights including directions.

The Inn was interesting and front office staff were very friendly. The room was extremely small, very little space to put clothes. Expected a better room for the price which was high. Location was great. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice, but not for us. Room off the lobby too loud for the extra rest we wanted.

beautiful location, room and hotel. excellent breakfast spread and afternoon wine and cheese. First floor room a little too close to parking lot. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Enjoyed it very much! The staff was great and the view was nice.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is well done....very fresh. Hotel has a lot of stairs. Has parking on site

Staff was so welcoming and relaxed. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms - cozy!
