Great ladies weekend!

We enjoyed staying here for a ladies weekend. Lots of things to check out in Saugatuck and Holland. We hiked the stairs at Mount Baldhead to see the view. We checked out Lake Michigan. We walked the downtown in Saugatuck. We hit up some great thrift stores in Holland. The hot tub was fantastic!

Perfect space for a group getaway

Really cute cabin! It was the perfect space for me and 7 of my friends to celebrate my birthday. The cabin only allows 2 cars to park in front, which was originally a concern since we had 3 cars coming. But to our pleasant surprise, there were 2 overflow parking passes available to a lot close by.

Great Cabin!

We had a great weekend in saugatuck at the kingfisher cove cabin. The home was extremely clean and looks better than the listing photos! Almost anything we needed was provided - trash bags, paper towel, linens, seasonings and kitchen / grilling supplies. Only down side was we requested early check-in and it was not available and we didn’t know until the morning of check in. Great property overall! Would love to visit again.

Saugatuck Birthday celebration

A group of friends stayed at this VRBO in Saugatuck to celebrate a milestone birthday and enjoy the outdoors. It was perfect! Super clean and easy to find. The property was located close to activieties we wanted to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There was a Bigby Coffee across the street and an icecream stand within walking distance. I could not have been happier with the check in/out efficiency and communicaation with the property manager. Property was exactly as the pictures online displayed.

Family Vacay

Very cute login cabin…well decorated. Only 2 miles from downtown Saugatuck. There was a jogging/bike path that ran from the cabin right into downtown. Lots of good retro choose from. Only downside is that the trash bins are just across the street from the cabin. On one day the trash truck came at 8am and another at 4am. The truck made a lot of noise and work up some of our family members.

It was a beautiful cabin and the kids loved it

The cabin is was very clean and beautiful. We loved our stay. The kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. One of the smoke detectors started beeping low battery in the middle of our first night. I called first thing that morning and someone came and took care of it within a few hours since I was unable to reach the smoke detector myself. Overall it was a great stay and we will probably go there again sometime next year.

Wonderful cabin. Hot tub didn’t work and local property manager/Vacasa were not responsive

The cabin is so cozy and in a great location to enjoy Saugatuck, MI. However, we rented the property for a 2 day getaway “to rest after the holidays, and use the hot tub” . Shortly after we arrived we realized the hot tub was unusable as the water was very cloudy and clearly needed attention. We called the Vacasa help line and were told someone would reach out from their maintenance team. But no one called. We called 2 more times that day but no one called back to trouble shoot our problem. So, we weren’t able to use the hot tub at all -which was a main reason we rented this property. Vacasa never called us to discuss our concern, attempt to help us or even apologize. We are home now and disappointed. The cabin was cute and the area is great but the property managers are non-responsive and our trip was not as enjoyable due to their indifference.

A cool cabin

The home was thoroughly appointed, a great use of 1650 sq ft. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean. There was road noise. The home was not a cabin in the woods, but a community of cabins in a wooded area - feels private enough but neighbors are close.

Winter getaway

Great location and the cabin was great. Very nice hot tub. Very comfortable living and sleeping areas. Kitchen was well stocked. The only issue which was minor was dog hair on the rug. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway to this beautiful log cabin. It was more beautiful in person. The living room was perfect and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The hot tub was just what we needed. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the master bedroom was perfect. The only complaint we have is we had to leave and come back to reality. Looking forward to visiting again in the future. Maybe next time we will bring the kids. Maybe ;)

Great Time!

We really enjoyed our time! Everything was so nice! The hot tub was not clean, but we called the 24 hour number and someone came out right away and fixed the issue. What was frustrating was that the customer service representative did not know how the hot tub worked and could not tell us how to drain it. I would have expected her to know how to answer basic questions about the property. However, overall, we had a great time and would rent the cabin again.

Perfect family getaway

Kingfisher Cove is the perfect location! Just a few minutes from Saugatuck downtown and a short drive to Holland and South Haven. We enjoyed 2 living areas in the cabin and loved having access to the pool and our own hot tub.

July 4th Family Trip

What a wonderful little place to be with family from 3 different states. It was the right amount of entertainment space and the place was well prepped and the community of cabins were quaint. The pool access and walking paths were great. The only downsides were that there was no backyard, the place was not super clean at checkin, and Vacasa (property owner) could not be reached anytime I attempted to contact them- Not even for checkout. I would return as ultimately the amenities were worth it.
