Im going to start with that private beach. This is the best! In comparation for example to sunrise,or sunset beach,in pitiusas you have your own paradise just for yourself! Rooms are simple, but clean. Breakfast is pretty good. We had really relaxing stay there.

We traveled 3 weeks in South East Asia and we were looking for less crowded place were we can relax between our travel. It was great location, very excluded from rest of the island. Also great place for snorkelling. The breakfast was served all day so we didn't have to rush and come to eat when we want too. At night when restaurant was closed there was always access to the fridge with cold drinks what we could come and take it and alert the staff in the morning to bill to us. The only think that I have to add it that we stayed in bungalow with fan but wasn't enough for us and I was struggling with temperature at night, and some of the local staff could be a bit more approachable and friendly, but the owner Tao was great and made up for any shortcomings. I could definitely choose that place again without any hesitation.

We stayed in this place 9 nights and was the right choice. Few bungalows with fan (was enough) and 3 with aircon, so not a very busy place when full, and the bungalow are really nice with an awesome view, hammock and big bathroom but remember you are on a far away island so can’t get every comfort so no hot water for shower but you actually don’t need that. Private beach with amazing sunset and reef!!! You just need to swim a bit and get a awesome free snorkeling in the reef and you can actually get the snorkeling equipment for free if you are a guest, how awesome?! Very good breakfast served ANY TIME so you can feel in holiday without waking up too early for it! 5 minute walk from Pattaya beach and 10 min walk from the busy walking street. Tao the owner is an amazing person and his Thai staff as well, if you need anything you just need to ask! Back again for sure! If you stay in Koh Lipe I suggest you to go for it!

I stayed here for a week with some friends and it was very relaxing. The bedrooms are presentable, we had a fan assisted room for a few nights then experienced the air conditioned rooms for a few nights too. Most of staff are welcoming and always try to help. The food is excellent and the smoothies are amazing, exactly what you want on a hot day. Its great having your own beach too, the beach is and restaurant is open to non residents but it doesn't get busy at all which is good as its a very nice relaxing atmosphere here. I would certainly come here again.

Although we did not stay in this resort we visited the location to meet friends staying here. All I can say is "wow!" stunning private beach and restaurant, kick off your flip flops and relax. If you want a stunning location still within walking distance anywhere on the island come here. Tao and Kip the owners are great we wish we had found this little gem before we booked our trip. If you want to relax in peace and quiet with your own private cove bring your friends and family here :-) Thanks Tao and Kip it was great to meet you hope we can come back one day again.... Pitiusas Beach Resort is a small resort with only 6 fan bungalows and 6 AC bungalows. It is placed on the sunset side of the island with a separate beach. The beach itself is the best reason for the stay. It has a very good snorkeling reef just outside the beach and swimming possibilities even at low tide which is unusual at Ko Lipe. There are only few separate restaurants closeby but it is only 10 minutes walk to Patthaya beach with a number of good restaurants.

Certainly, you have to get used to the handicapped amenities. You got nothing in the room but just a comfortable King Size Bed and a spacious standing bathroom. This resort is the most remote resort on Koh Lipe and basically your check-in checkout will be the only commute with outside walking street. Otherwise call a taxi and pay 50 Baht per person one way anywhere on the Island. However, we came here for snorkelling and that is perfect. Here is even much better than Maldives Ocean Villa. Comparable to Cebu Tipoli. American breakfast is inclusive and fresh fruits and juice provided. Menu is standard with Westernized Thai food. Dont expect what you have on Bundhaya beach, but you can certainly relax here. We stay at P4 has the best view among the six fan room. P3 is the worst. The air conditioning room has no view. In fact you really don't need air conditioning as the air flow is excellent and evening is pretty cool. Bring yourself mosquito repellent if you are allergic to mosquito bites as the premises is all open air environment. The only complaint is the food, just qualify to fulfill your hunger.

Lovely cabin with great sea view and hammock on the balcony from which to enjoy it. Really comfortable bed, cold water shower - not a problem and even the fan was more than sufficient even for me who overheats easily - even in the UK! Good breakfast and we enjoyed freshly caught fish for dinner, by Tao! Thank you Tao for a great stay - we’re pleased we kayaked by and found you! We would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful break and would return again.

Nice cozy resort with its own small private beach. You could do some basic snorkeling right off the beach. Good for couples & families, may not be ideal for groups. Maintenance of the resort could be improved. Wish we had hot water in the showers! Quick tip: There's a short cut path to Pattaya Beach just passed the Cliff Resort which is just a 15 min walk to the Bundhaya pier.

We traveled all over the island and could not find a better area. The this resort has its own secluded bay. The private beach is well maintained and quiet. The ocean is crystal clear with great Snorkeling. The sand is not as talcum powder soft as sunset beach but it is beautiful and the atmosphere is much more relaxing. Sunrise and sunset beach during high season are too busy with noisy long tail boats and hundreds of tourists. There is a small bar/ resturant 10m from the beach and the owner plays cafe del mar ambient music at sunset whilst enjoying a great cocktail. The accommodation is a very basic wooden/ bamboo hut with its own bathroom. There was a fan and a cold water shower. As it was so hot (37C) outside the cold shower wasn’t an issue. The fan was ok for those who can tolerate a very hot climate but not for those who struggle in the heat. The bed was comfortable( I like a hard mattress) and had a good mosquito net. We ate at the Resturant on a few occasions. The food was good but doesn’t beat the delightful “Nee papaya” in centre of island. Negatives - very expensive for a basic accommodation. The staff although accommodating appeared unhappy. All in all, basic accommodation in an amazing location. I would return!
