Home away from home

The property was lovely and as described. Our host was amazing and quickly responded to any queries we had. We would 100% recommend this property :)

The place was amazing. The area is in a safe neighbourhood. The hosts were very accommodating and let me extend my stay when i asked. Parking was almost always available. Place was clean and quiet. Bath tub was large and lots of hot water. The in floor heat was very nice as my stay was in winter. Everything worked and was comfortable. I would stay there again!

Great stay

Two week stay

Perfect little place. Was here for two weeks working a construction project. Clean quiet and in good shape. Lots of utensils and supplies.

Couldn’t be better.

Suite was very clean and comfortable. We never travel without our pets and they were welcome at this property. Host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Will choose this property again if travelling to Saskatoon

Great Place for Work/Study

I came to Saskatoon for school and was not able to find rental housing in time for the start of the semester. The suite was super quiet, very comfortable, and in a gorgeous new neighbourhood. It was the perfect place to start the school year, thanks again!

The check in process seamless with instructions that were very easy to follow. The suite was represented ecactly has shown in the photos. There had been a dog bed provided for us but we ended up not bringing our kitties.The only negatives would be the lack of dedicated parking as its first come first serve on-street parking and cell coverage is not great (this is service provider issue, not the host).The host provides the Wifi information and was very quick to address our questions very quickly.We would recommend this suite to anyone who is looking for a clean, quiet suite.

Great Stay!

It was a great stay! The pictures were very accurate and the communication was very easy. I am grateful to the renter for allowing me to bring my cat! The basement was stocked with what we needed, so we did not need to worry about a lot of things. I do however want to mention that it is most appropriate for 2 people rather than 3, but I have no complaints as it was temporary living space. The parking was hard from time to time as it is street parking only, but other than that; It was a great space and my family and I are thankful. Thank you Akeem!

Clean and well equipped. The only issue was the mattress. Could use an upgrade from the bouncy old style with foam topper. Toilet is not secured to the floor properly, but owner may not be aware. It's a little rocky. Very convenient location close to stores and restaurants in a new development. Would stay again, if mattress was replaced (not good for folks with back issues). Also, a couple more pillows that are a little less lofted would be good.

Pro : endroit propre et calme, stationnement facile à trouver et beaucoup de literieCon : réception cellulaire faible puisque c'est un demi sous-sol, mais wi-fi assez puissant. Amélioration : ce serait apprécié de mentionner tous les éléments disponible de la location comme séchoir à cheveux etc . De plus, lesite mentionne appartmement pour 3 personnes mais seulement 2 chaises dans la cuisine.Je recommenderais tout de même cet endroit!
