Casita Claudia is a brand new one bedroom, private house nicely situated 300meters(or a 2-4min walk) from Playas Del Coco Beach. Casita Claudia is a perfect fit for Nomads (desk & great wifi) available or a couple to enjoy our Pura Vida lifestyle. Plenty of room to relax, indoors and outdoors. A car is not necessary since most restaurants, shops, and town are no more than a 15 minute walk. Don't want to cook, delivery from most restaurants is possible. If you do bring your car we have a spot just in front of the Casita which is fenced in. Come unwind and discover Costa Rica and ALL it has to offer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.

Very Nice

Claudia’s Casita is nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The secure parking was good. It is a short walk to the beach or to town. Claudia was easy to reach and very helpful when we had any questions. The only downside was no hot water. We enjoyed our stay.
