The space has been thoughtfully updated with fresh paint, central air conditioning, hardwood floors throughout, and a brand new all in one washer and dryer unit. Both bedrooms are generously sized with a king size bed that has a new plush mattress, smart TV, dresser, and ample closet space. In addition, there is a pull out couch in the living room. Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced backyard, complete with a fire pit, Weber gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Pet friendly, 2 Bikes, Tennis/pickle ball rackets, beach umbrella, chairs, coolers available for use during your stay. Pack and play and high chair available if needed. My daughter and I traveled to Saratoga for the Saratoga Horse Show and this home was the perfect place for us to rest after a busy day. The house was well stocked with anything we could need. It was very clean and everything was well thought out for our stay. It was a 10 minute walk into town and easy to get to all the activities that Saratoga has to offer. Rose is an excellent host and thought of everything that would make guests feel comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
