Convenient to water, shopping and dining. Quiet area
We have been visiting this area for several years and walking to the beach we always passed this facility. The beach is at the South end of Siesta Key and is less crowded and being able to walk there in 1000 feet made it nice if we had to go back for something. We also enjoy a couple of the restaurants that are walkable. We just needed a room and were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that this room had and could have prepared all our meals there. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for all the cottages at the time and that was great because we just flew into town and couldn't have brought all that stuff with us. Trolley stops were close by so we didn't even need a car to get to the places we wanted to go. Will probably do another get-away weekend again here.

The property was delightful. The beach is a short walk. It is close to so long, dining was close, bars are also close. Having a pool on property in a bonus. There are grills and clean and a great plus. The only negative is the ac's need to be cleaned from mold and the hot plate though convenient a stove would be better. Highly recommend!!!!
Positives, pet friendly, nice pool, location Negatives, it was not clear parking was limited to one spot per condo. Office staff was not accommodating. Several roaches in the condo. There were several nights where other guests were out at the pool all night. The day of check out it was 10:04 and as we were carrying out our bags the office lady confronted us and asked if we forgot check out was at 10:00am? It was 4 minutes passed. I will never stay here again and only did because it was the only place available at the time. Spend your money somewhere else.

The room was quaint and nice. There was plenty of room for 2 people. On site parking was a plus. Kitchen amenities were good. Walk to beach was very short, 200 yards. Nice to be supplied with beach chairs and wagon. Walking distance to town was 10 minutes. Definitely would stay again.

We are sorry you were unhappy with the provided parking. We are a small property with very limited parking. It is stated in our confirmation that one parking spot is provided as well as on our property listing. We also have our property regularly sprayed and wish you would have brought this concern up to us during your stay. As well as the issue with other guests at the pool after quiet time. We could have helped with this matter. I have forwarded these issues to our property manager to help make improvements to help make our property a 5 star experience for our future guests.
