Esta nueva propiedad es perfecta para cualquiera que quiera pasar tiempo en la hermosa Sarasota. Este dúplex de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra a 3. 8 km de la playa. Hay estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta y no hay escalones para subir. La decoración moderna y los muebles han sido recientemente renovados. La cocina está completamente equipada y lista si desea comer o caminar por una calle residencial donde hay restaurantes, un bar, Papa Johns Pizza y una tienda de comestibles. También tenemos una parrilla al aire libre y un hermoso patio al aire libre. La amplia sala de estar ofrece cómodos asientos y el sofá se levanta a una cama de tamaño completo. El baño tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Afuera, en la parte trasera del edificio, hay una lavadora y secadora grandes. También hay 2 bicicletas disponibles para su uso. Anniversary trip

It was a great place to stay while celebrating our anniversary, we went to Miami to the Trump Doral for a company vacation and decided to visit Sarasota. It was a neat small, clean place!

Kelly did a great job of having the rental all ready for us and the instructions booklet in the unit was clear and thorough. The unit was clean and organized. The decor is modern and up to date. The bed was comfortable. The bicycles and gas grill were an added treat. The location is handy to restaurants and stores. It is easy to get onto Siesta Key south entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway. Convenient to beach, shopping, and Myakka State Park without breaking the bank. Was pleasantly surprised by the updated fully equipped kitchen.

Nice place to spend your time

We stayed for 3 nights and everything went great. The host Kelly was easy to communicate with. The space had a very nice outside area as well as breakfast nook. Very clean and comfortable

Sarasota getaway

The location was perfect-close to soccer fields for my daughter's tournament and minutes away from the beach and restaurants. There is a Publix within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for 2 guests, and it was equipped with everything you need.

Super Close to Siesta Key

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. Check-in was a breeze. Rental was clean and super close (3-5 minute drive) to the south bridge to the SK Island.Kitchen and bathroom updated/modern and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Both TV's (LR & BR) brand new and of good size. We also enjoyed the quaint exterior patio for sun & drinks.Very conveniently located as well (Publix, Geckos bar/restaurant, Cafe Barbossa (Italian) and the slew of places in SK.

Great location, spotless, has everything

I was in Sarasota for a friend's wedding, and always opt for a "non-hotel" option when travelling, so I have quite a bit of experience with rentals. This rental was neat as a pin and had everything, from a full sized ironing board (which I used quite a bit!), to a beach umbrella and cooler, to a lovely back patio with a fan for the bugs 😊 Checkin was seemless and communication was excellent. Personally I loved the location because it was central to where I needed to be, convenient to groceries, and I walked in the nearby park every morning. This is definitely an exceptional alternative to over-priced hotels and quite a value. Would highly recommend!

Warm getaway

We enjoyed our stay. This home is small, but very comfortable for two people. It is very clean and well equipped, conveniently located, especially to Siesta Key. Air conditioning units work well, we left the fan at night to serve as white noise to block the traffic sounds as the home is off a busy road. Also for some reason the queen bed is very high off the ground. It would definitely pose a problem for anyone with mobility issues to get in or out of bed.

Good but with some shortcomings.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the good outweighed the disappointing. It was conveniently located next to a shopping plaza and a short drive from Siesta Key Beach. The place was smaller than expected and the noise from Clark Road traffic was somewhat annoying. There were some issues with respect to grill, frying pan, and umbrella but the owner was responsive and took care of this.

Great rental all the way around!

Location was perfect within a few miles from the beaches, attractions, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Good size apartment with everything you need. We stayed there five nights my husband and I and found the environment very quiet. Kelly was very accommodating, she let us check out later, we needed more time to finish packing and leave the apartment like we found it. Jeanne & Joe

Five Star in every way

This is the place you want to stay in Sarasota, everything was perfect. The house was spotless and they had everything you would need for your stay. Location was awesome, groceries, shopping and beaches near by. The owners were wonderful to deal with and I would definitely book again.

Fun in Sarasota!

The property was great for my girlfriend and I. Everything is clean, and the property owner has thought of everything. We used the beach chairs and cooler which was great! We loved the patio and ability to do laundry. It’s conveniently located also. Would definitely stay here again!

Property pictures seemed better and larger than reality. Not well stacked with cleaning products and kitchen utensils. "Dining room" not well arranged. Outside grounds not well taken care of. 2 bicycles left outside for use were rusted, dirty and missing parts
