Private house with HUGE fenced backyard, close to beaches and downtown, in the Southgate neighborhood. Great sunroom with lots of natural light.
Fully stocked kitchen, high thread count sheets, large exterior porch with table and chairs/umbrella and lots of amenities. Black out drapes in the master will help you get a great nights sleep!
There is a community pool open April-September (not during pandemic 2021)
We may need access to the garage to retrieve storage items during your stay
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. GREAT VACATION HOME!

A VERY CLEAN A COMFORTABLE HOME. PLEASANT NEIGHBOR HOOD. LOCATION IS GREAT. CLOSE TO OLD TOWN SARASOTA, LIDO AND SESITA KEY. WOULD DEFIANTLY STAY THERE AGAIN. VERY RESPONSIVE HOST.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was strategically located to accomadate our needs. There seemed to be a lot of cat or dog hair on the carpets and sofa. Otherwise we were well satisfied. Thank you!

Pros: Great neighborhood. Close to shopping, walking and bike trails, hospital, park with pool. Friendly people. Downtown Sarasota 10 min drive, Siesta key beach 15 min, St. Armands Circle 15 min. House was spacious for 3 adults and a small dog and a large fenced in backyard. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans etc. Cons: Upon arrival there were wet linens in washer and dry linens in dryer. Master bath needs work, mirror was missing, black mold on baseboard, towel and toilet paper holder loose. Throughout the house electrical outlets were loose/questionable. Handle to microwave missing. Internet was spotty the entire stay which made work/tv watching difficult. House needs repairs/upgrades.

Amazing place. So warm and welcoming. Host remarkable and totally responsive. Beds and linens A+

We had a lovely time. Home is in a quiet neighborhood which made our stay a real escape. Beds and linens were dreamy. Outside patio was a great private place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. AC very quiet and works perfectly. Great location and a short drive almost everywhere including Siesta Key. Host wonderfully responsive within moments to the few questions we had. Has everything thing you need for a special vacation.

Christmas holiday vacation

2490 Hibiscus is typical of the ranch style homes in the Arlington Park area of Sarasota. It has been upgraded and modernized. We felt very much at home during our stay and would certainly rent again.
