Friendly customer service, fast check in. Very nice rooms and very Spacey.

Had all of the proper COVID rules and safety measures in place

Broken Elevator. It' a hotel it met the standards!

10 min walk from SRQ airport and John Ringling Museum of Art, decent breakfast available every morning. Very friendly staff. Only minor negative is that the doors can only be slammed shut, impossible to close them quietly so if people are coming or going late at night/early in the morning, you will hear them through the thin walls.

Great for the price and proximity to the airport and Ringling.

Very nice staff, plane landed early and they didn’t hesitate to give us a room right away. Location was convenient to downtown and mall. We took an Uber to restaurants and theater to Main St. downtown below $15. Breakfast was average but the friendly staff more than make up for anything. Construction was on going but you wouldn’t know cause you can’t hear any noise. We will definitely stay again.

Fine accommodations for the price. Close to airport.

Hotel was under construction but it wasn't a bother

Room clean, staff nice, good hotel choice for the area. Breakfast sub standard, (powdered eggs). Hotels below this level have a better quality breakfast. The more important factors people and cleanliness were very good.

I paid in advance when booking through Orbitz, since it said room selection would be guaranteed upon payment. Upon arrival to the hotel, they no longer had any king rooms available! Staff was new, and had to call several people. Process took forever. No resolution other than putting me in a double room

Clean, rooms, but a bit small, it’s ok for resting, no restaurant just snacks for sale

We stayed on New Years Eve. Upon checking in the front desk told us about the difderent activities going on for the night and gave us wonderful directions. Our room was clean. The only downside was that it had a small smell to it. Our 12 year old solved that by spraying Axe! We would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and room was comfortable. Pool area could use some updating. Great location to nearby attractions.

Great hotel. Was there with my wife and tree kids. Perfect. New and verry clean.

Very comfortable bed. The room has a fridge and a microwave, which is a big plus for us.

Awesome hotel, would definitely stay there again. The rooms were clean, people were nice and breakfast was perfect.

Arrived late at night. Printed boarding passes. Left early in the morning. Visited friends came back and went to bed. Got up 2:30 AM and got a ride to the airport for a 6:00 AM flight to go home.

hotel services were below average. did not have towels in the room and there was no staff member to bring any. i had to go down and get them myself. it was only 4pm. room was not clean and had dead bugs on the floor. only stayed one night due to son's football game and that was one night too many

The hotel is location was great for business, directly across the street from the Sarasota Airport however, we flied into Tampa, which was roughly a 45 minute drive. It was about 10-15 minute drive from the closest beach access. Unfortunately, I felt like the hotel room was not very clean. It smelled of mildew or mold, the bathroom floor was dirty and our toilet did not work properly (it required holding the handle down to flush). The A/C unit was right next to the bed. which made sleep difficult and the bed was not the most comfortable. The staff was always friendly and provided spot on directions! They did accommodate my early arrival request, which was very nice! Overall, saving the few bucks wasn't not worth lowering my comfort level. Next time I would rather pay a little more to stay in a cleaner, nicer hotel.

They (Hotel) charge me twice and I had to call my bank to fix the problem but the rest was great experience.
