Huge master bedroom closet. Separate vanity area in master bath. ZERO carpet! Updated kitchen with granite counters! Eat in kitchen as well as 6 person dining room table. Large living area with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a spacious sectional couch and large sitting chair! Room for everyone! Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. Spacious, private and cozy lanai. Full size washer/dryer. One car garage.
Village Des Pins offers one of the best locations in proximity to Siesta Key Beach and the only community with a ONE WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL. As you enter VDP, you are greeted by a beautiful fountain, lakes, and mature trees. Amenities in the community are top notch! Great location!

Enjoyed the neighborhood — condo is very nice— a few suggestions— toilets are older—new toilet seats would be nice—add hand towel rack/fixture in the bathroom sink areas—more or better lighting in the family room— more steak knives and cocktail glasses—larger beach towels and really nice beach chairs would make this a five star! It really is a nice condo--especially enjoyed the lanai.
