Beautiful large green house. With 4 large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Open family room upstairs with a pool table and a sleeping sofa. Located only 5 miles to the famous Siesta Key beach. 2 blocks to Costco and 3 blocks to YMCA. The house is located at the end of quiet, dead-end street.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The host was welcoming. The issue was the tv wouldn’t t stay connected to the internet The floors were dirty. Walking around with bare feet your feet became black. Smoke alarm kept chirping due to weak battery. Internet worked fine on devices just not on the tv in living room. We could get it working in the bedroom but it wouldn’t stay connected.

The Peak on Peck

The house was great for our week stay. Three couples all arriving at different times on our stay. The neat little street with a u-turn and quick right made it an adventure! Will consider this house if we ever decide to return to the are.

Holiday stay in Sarasota

My 3 adult "kids" (mid-late 20s), daughter-in-law and I all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas week here in Sarasota. The house was awesome and is much nicer than the listing photo would indicate. The kitchen was large and super well "furnished" with everything we needed to make multiple large meals over the holidays. Nice dining area and living room, and fun to have a billiard table. Plus with 5 adults it was great to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. I have relatives within a mile so the location was perfect for us - and I prefer not to be on Siesta Key as the traffic there can be really tough over the Christmas vacation week. And there is a mango tree out front with fresh mangos for the picking - and lounge chairs out back to catch some sun. Communication with our hosts was great - they were super responsive and live right next door. Couldn't recommend this place more highy! Awesome stay!

First February in Florida

I was looking for a place that would be enjoyable and comfortable for myself, my wife, her sister and her husband. I found that here. The rental became more of a home during our stay. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was great. Relax on the front porch or the back patio. Very close to any shopping or restaurants. Also the beach! The owners are some of the nicest people. Can't go wrong with this one.

Best vacation ever!

Spacious house with great amenities. The hosts could not have been more accommodating for our needs. We highly recommend this property and will re-book next time in Sarasota. Loved it!!
