Amazing 2 bed/ 2 bath fully furnished condo in Palmer Ranch, Sarasota at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club. Amenities included: central air, dishwasher, multiple pools, stainless steel appliance, washer & dryer, lanai, golf (optional), fitness center, and tennis/pickleball. Utilities included: air conditioning and water. Stoneybrook has an Arthur Hills designed 18 Hole golf course, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a heated community pool & spa, well equipped fitness center, bocce courts, full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, Grill Room, Bar & Pro shop. The community is adjacent to the Legacy bike/walking Trail and close to shopping, restaurants, the YMCA, Nokomis & Siesta Beach. Transfer fee made payable to Stoneybrook for Golf membership and use of all the beautiful club facilities. No pets allowed per HOA and one month minimum rental (28 days).
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and an ironing board.

Stoneybrook is an outstanding gated community.
The property is of relatively good quality but remains somewhat outdated in terms of furniture and furnishings.
