Recently updated ,clean room.good size w 2 comfy queen beds and a sofa bed. Mini fridge and micro. Nice bistro in lobby for a quick breakfast and a good cup of Starbucks coffee. Will stay again if in the area!

We were here for a soccer tournament and hotel was on list. I wish we stayed somewhere else. I have been a Marriott member and never had to pay so much for a Courtyard, feel overcharged, $430 for 2 nights. The air conditioner did not work well, the beds were not comfortable, no microwave in room, but the one downstairs to use was dirty. We could hear people walking back and forth from the floor above. The fridge was not cold and the ice machines did not work, the internet did not work, so I had to call tech support and was on phone for 15 minutes and each of us had to do the same thing. The staff at the front desk were very nice. My son and I had sinus issues after our 2 day stay, probably because air filters needed to be cleaned.

Visited from England staying over for two nights, I was with a colleague we requested a complimentary bottle of water, the receptionist Thereselle indicated we had already had one the night before. My colleague was a platinum elite customer, and I have stayed many times before at the Holiday Day Inn on Cortez, were you get complimentary breakfast and water?? I was astonished at the petty attitude of Thereselle who incidentally wrote down her name on a piece of paper in a challenging way so I didn’t miss spell her name for this review? Sorry but the Courtyard does not get my vote 1Star.

Late check-in and front desk was fast and waiting for me. Clean Lobby and entrance Room was clean and A/C running all night Easy plug-ins, for charging items and lights controlled by bedside. Bathroom was clean, small leak between shower doors

The hotel has recently been updated and the décor is fresh, clean and inviting. We found the staff to be very helpful, and the new General Manager seems dedicated to ensuring every guest has a great stay. We will return to this quiet, easily accessible hotel when we are next in the area.

I stayed here for a night while on business in the area. Newer property and the as-expected Marriott professionalism and courtesy did not disappoint. I'd stay here again on any future visit to the area.

I’m usually impressed with Courtyards, but this one is awful. The building renovation is nice, but the service still leaves a lot to be desired. The kid at the front desk is kind of smarmy and pushy. The bistro is supposed to be open until 10, but at 9:52 the woman had already shut everything down so no food was available. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

This courtyard is directly across the street from the Sarasota Bradington airport. You couldn’t get any closer. The rooms apparently have been recently renovated based on past reviews. My room was clearly new and fresh and very functional. Typical courtyard room and comfortable beds. Friendly front and staff. They have a shuttle to take you to close by restaurants and if you have a car there’s many more within a 3 mile radius. Small refrigerator and coffee pot. Nice desk area.

Stayed one night. Counter staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a restaurant and Joshua was very helpful and found a menu for the restaurant I was interested in. The hotel hallways and carpet were done in gray, but the lighting was so good it made it cheerful and warm. Nice room but nothing really outstanding, except that the comforters on the bed are the best, just warm and thick which makes for a good sleep. No free breakfast but there was a Bistro restaurant on premise. I had was good but not $15.59 better than a free breakfast. I was taken to a restaurant in their shuttle van which was nice and then picked up after eating dinner. I also got a ride back to the airport after my stay. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and knew their way around town. I'd definitely stay here again, I liked the staff and warm feeling.

My usual hotel was sold out and I chose this one instead. I was pleasantly surprised with the renovation. A little loud this morning at 6:45, but other than that awesome. Including the delicious breakfast! Nice rooms, great updates and fantastic staff. Thank you Marriott!
