Service was on point when we checked in. The hotel is being renovated but we didn't hear any noises so we were ok. We did want to hit the hot tub but it was covered with wood board and I guess it was out of order. That REALLY sucked. And the so called Starbucks coffee was definitely not the normal starbucks you expect trust me! Everyone that got coffee that morning was all looking at their coffees not knowing what to do to make it taste better. The milk they use and machine they use are not the same. I do not think they are properly trained on making them but properly trained on charging the normal price for it. The rooms seemed clean but very dated. It was musky and old smelling the entire stay every time we walked in the room. I honestly don't think the sheets were changed either prior to our stay. Staff was nice and the location was very close to everything. Towels were refreshed at least. I just wish the hotel was better.

We actually had a very nice stay but at the price it should have been. There was no in-room safe and breakfast was not included. We may have been victims of some spring break revelers as there were several groups of guests that came back to their rooms between 1 and 3 AM, usually with loud door slams.

Convenient location. Outside looked good. Inside was being remodeled during our visit. Some areas were good, Others not so much. Pool was good. No free breakfast. It was the "bistro" thing - which is a little over-priced, but convenient.

While the hotel looks like it's about to be renovated, and needs it, the staff makes up for the age of the hotel. It is dated, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff was quick and friendly for breakfast and dinner. The front desk greeted me every time I went by them and the manager seemed very involved in the day to day operations. I will stay here again either way, and I can't wait to see what they look like when the renovating is complete.

I found the whole experience sub-par in all respects. The people working there were very casual and did not take it seriously. I was not impressed at all with management, who rushed to leave the scene whenever they were asked to do something. In short, I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Furthermore, the elevator looked like it would break down any minute. And there was no one in the food areas ever, because the service was not dependable.

Stayed one night in this airport. Location is perfect for the airport, but our room was so filthy dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom- in the shower, the floor and bugs on the wall. Walls are thin- we had a first floor room and could hear what sounded like bowling balls dropping above us. There was a foul odor as well. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Awesome staff. Stephanie (Hotel Manager) & Paola were super awesome. We stayed at the Courtyard by error and fate. We were moved over from the Residence Inn due to overbooking. We were advised during our inbound from Orlando. This was our anniversary trip. The staff at the Courtyard were beyond accommodating, understanding and compassionate. They offered us some amenities for our inconvenience and for our anniversary. We had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard for remainder of our stay; and after the first few hours of our experience, it was a very easy decision. The property is close to several beaches and a short drive to downtown Saratoga, where we had dinner twice. The breakfast offerings at the Bistro had several options, and were delicious. But best of all, the staff at the Courtyard should be commended for turning a potentially negative trip into a very positive and memorable experience. A big thank you, once again, to Stephanie and Paola. Their proactive approach and true compassion is the foundation of this property and a perfect representation of the Marriott Brand. Thank you again for a terrific stay.

Very nice staff and a fast easy check in. The elevator was a bit slow, but very roomy. It's an older building that should have had the stairs replaced, not just covered over. The rooms were spacious and very nicely done. All in all a very pleasant stay

Hotel is directly in front of the airport. You could literally walk if you don't have lots of luggage. The staff was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby was nice and the breakfast was good. Fridge, pull out and ample dishes.

The place was clean, but not quiet. Could hear TV in next room and people walking overhead. The area had a tornado warning while we were there. When I called the Front desk to ask where the shelter was, they didn't know where the shelter was. They told us to come to the lobby for shelter. In essence, no shelter. Only upside was convenience. Was literally right at the entrance to the airport.
