Trash cans did not have bag liners. Never refilled sugar stirrer napkin pkts. Mattress has collapsed, 22 days later and still not replaced. Internet goes off and on every five to ten minutes. The elevators have been out a few weeks.Mgmt says it could take weeks more. Rarely is someone there to assist with your baggage.

It was nice to have a gym available and it was always empty. Shower was my favorite park, really big and open, bed was super comfy. The elevators were outnof order though and the coffee machine in the room didnt work, but over all it was a pretty nice hotel. One of the nicest ive been too.
