Walking distance to groceries, Marina Jacks, Boat ride, Van Wezel, Opera\ house, Library, downtown restaurants, galleries, not far from Lido Beach, Ringling museum and Airport. An allergy safe, insect free stay on all new beds and futon. We are a vacation rental close to the beaches. We provide free Roku TV service, basic amenities like small container and coffee, tea, 2 rolls paper towels and toiletries, shampoo / conditioner samples, and sugar packets. We are located next to a Publix grocery store for anything you may need! WE LOVE our guests and are completely serviced by the OWNER! Not a management company. Awesome location and a clean quiet place

I was in town for work for a few weeks and stayed in unit B. The apartment was brand new squeaky clean, and had everything you need for a nice stay. Including multiple washers and dryers with free use. Covered parking for my motorcycle was greatly appreciated. The building is in an amazing location with walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and a short little hike to downtown Sarasota. Property manager was awesome and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip over.
