We never say the lady except to drive us keys. Basic refreshments or brakfast would have been nice Extremely early Check at 10am.

The property was clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. The location was great a 3-4 mins walk to the centre, over the Latin Bridge. Aida was very friendly and always smiling and always a text message away. A beautiful soul, I am happy to have met :)

Best, Quiet Location, Clean and Spacious

Look no further, book this place! For one night before staying here, I stayed at the other end of Old Town for twice the price but this place was much better! Literally across the bridge at the edge of Old Town, this room doesn't get the street noise that you would if you stayed in the middle of Old Town and it is only a few steps further. The location is great and we had a room that faces the river. The room is extremely clean, incredibly spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. Even has a microwave. One of the best things about the room is Lamija. She got us checked in and settled. She does an excellent job cleaning and making sure everything is in order. She is quite busy but she takes the time to address any questions or concerns that the guests may have. She is very helpful and so kind to chat with us even when she had a lot of work to do. Taking a taxi to city center if a fixed (but negotiable fee, luggage is an additional fee) from the airport but Lamija was able to call us a (very kind and fun and friendly!) taxi midday who used the meter and it cost about 15 BAM with no extra cost for luggage. Please note that there is no elevator and you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Also, since the room sits again the river, there are some flying friends in the room. Some look like mosquitoes but I was never bitten as they never really bother you, they're just there enjoying the room like you are. Thank you Lamija for making our stay at ApartArt great!

This was a very nice, newly renovated apartment, with a little sunroom, bedroom, kitchenette and bath. It was very clean. I should mention that it was up 59 (shallow) stairs! But, the location was perfect - immediately across the river from the beautiful Old Sarajevo. The manager was very thoughtful - meeting me, and carrying my suitcase up and down the stairs (I'm 68 years old); organizing a taxi to the airport for me at the end of the trip, and generally being available for whatever I needed. The atmosphere of the property was clean, cozy and friendly and I really felt at home.

Very nice and convenient

It’s in the very centre of Sarajevo and a very convenient location. The host Aida is very nice and introduced us to all the places in Sarajevo. If you are coming by car, do make sure you contact the host to make sure you know where to park your car.

Had a very nice stay at ApartArt. Excellent service and very helpful owners. Would recommend to anybody who is looking for a hotel in Sarajevo. Old town is liberalt just on the other side of the river and the shopping malls are a nice 15-20 min walk through the town (whip is not bad since you want to see that part of town aswell).
