Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced.

The place has more of a home-away-from-home vibe, offering a cozy and private stay, which I really enjoyed. It comes with a kitchen and fridge, so you can store food and feel comfortable throughout your visit. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance! Sapporo train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, and the city center is just as manageable on foot. The owner doesn’t speak English. They are strict with the 3 PM check-in time, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you arrive early, there’s no luggage storage at the lobby, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for privacy and convenience in a walkable area.

Great location and would stay again. The only bad thing was one of the wooden bed frame being a bit squeaky and dirty vacuum cleaner but we had other cleaning supplies to use for our stay, which was sufficient.

This is a very convenient and nice place to stay. It is near to amenities and transport stations. The place is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

The room was very spacious and neat. However there was a lack of essential amenities including an ironing board and iron (despite there being a washing machine). In addition, the instructions to use the stove and washing machine are in Japanese with no translation, which made it incredibly hard to understand even with Google translate. But, they were quick to help when in need.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very cosy and clean with seperate sleeping/living spaces. Although it looks quite small - there was more than enough space to be comfortable. PINN-N4E21 were easy to communicate with prior to check in. The online check in system was easy to use when we arrived. We had no personal contact upon arrival - which didn’t seem to be an issue for us. Great location! Close to a big shopping mall. Safe and very secure apartment. Thanks for the great stay.

More than happy

The room was amazing even its a bit small. Considering its a Japanese standard its more than enough. But the amenities provided is more than sufficient. It provides induction cooker, washing machine, heater, aircond, microwave, refrigerator and some basic kitchen utensils. The room is sparkling clean. Located near to Sapporo station and Odori park area. 7 eleven, family mart and Aeon grocery is in walking distance. There is a lot of shopping mall nearby. Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Arcade are also can be reach by foot. It is in a quiet and safe area. Room have no view. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Self check in was not so bad.
