O charme da pousada está na piscina com o seu lindo paisagismo. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e educados. Os quartos são simples, mas bem decorados. Pena que os travesseiros eram tão moles. Como choveu muito, senti falta de uma TV a cabo com um plano mais completo, especialmente para quem gosta de esportes. A cozinha requer pequenos reparos: O macarrão veio mole, mesmo depois de inúmeros pedidos para que viesse al dente. O dadinho de tapioca é ruim, o risoto(também um pouco mole) é bom e o camarão empanado mediano. Os drinks vem praticamente sem álcool. O café da manhã é correto, mas poderia ter pães melhores. Dista 400m da praia, o que atrapalhavam um pouco, especialmente pelo serviço de bar deficiente no local. A região tem ótimas opções de restaurantes. No geral ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia, a qual super recomendo para casais.

O Villa Bebek Hotel tem boa estrutura visual e acomodações confortáveis, mas a gestão, educação e empatia deixam a desejar. Se não se importa em cumprir regras rígidas, pode ficar; se paga por alto nível e quer flexibilidade, fique atento. O acesso é ruim: rua estreita, sem asfalto, em condições precárias, parecendo periferia, obrigando a depender de tuk-tuks (impossível em dias de chuva). A equipe se mostra inflexível e ríspida: café expresso no quarto só com um dia de antecedência e taxa de R$ 60, mesmo com pouca ocupação; no dia do checkout, pedi apenas uma xícara cedo e disseram que só a partir das 8 h, embora a cozinha estivesse ativa às 6h45. Os quartos são limpos, mas têm acústica péssima (ouvi tosse do lado) e não têm blackout eficaz, deixando a luz entrar forte. No restaurante, os preços são abusivos, comparáveis a casas gastronômicas, e, devido ao isolamento, o hóspede se sente preso ali. Tive problema de não reembolso do quarto da minha enteada por doença infecto-contagiosa, já em vias judiciais. Por outro lado, o serviço de praia e as massagistas foram exemplares: gentis, profissionais e qualificados; a praia é linda e as massagens são de ótima qualidade. Em resumo, apesar de ser um hotel limpo e agradável, a administração prejudica tudo de bom, faltando flexibilidade e humanidade
