Arrived at the São Paulo Airport early morning with two collegues. Phoned the Hotel to arrange transport, but unable to understand the instructions given to find the shuttle bus. Jumped into a taxi and only a short drive to the hotel. Into reception, because we arrived early had to pay for two nights. The night before we arrived and that night, we were only staying a few hours, leaving that evening so an exspensive stay. Staff were very pleasant, all speaking very good English. I am always surprised that in Brazil few people speak English, even in the International Airport. Into breakfast, a buffet style but a good choice from healthy fruit to not so healthy bacon. Straight to our rooms and a few hours sleep. The rooms are good, tv safe and tea/coffee makings. There was not a dressing gown or slippers in the room. The bathroom had a bath and a shower head over the bath. We all meet again after lunch and we take the free shuttle to a local shopping mall. I always buy coffee when in Brazil and some flip flops for my grandaughter. Back to the Hotel on the free shuttle and an early dinner. We pay our bill and onto the Airport shuttle, which is every half hour up to midnight. A short ride and back to the Airport and back to work. This hotel is close to the airport and is used by Airline Crews and transit passengers. This hotel is much better than usual transit hotels and is a hotel I would use again.

Stayed in between flights, great nights sleep. Breakfast was a buffet, lovely food. Staff at front desk spoke excellent english they were very friendly and helpful Very close to airport, needs updating but still comfortable.

The positives were the great front desk and bar staff. They couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. They helped me identify things to do and the bar service was quick and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and everything worked. The rooms lack soundproofing which is poor for an airport hotel when people are active at irregular hours. Be warned you cannot flush toilet paper.

Spent the night between flights and was very please with their service, excellent staff, the rooms have every confort and amenity, the restaurant is really good any time of the day and is conveniently located 5 min away from the airport.

Well, of course it is not the newest building, but everything is really well maintened and all services were very good. We had a executive room on the 9th floor with a good executive lounge. A special thank you to Ernest who is a very professionnal and kind person. Unfortunately, we just stay there on day use. The "negative". It is an airport hotel, so there is nothing around and prices are a bit expensive for eating. We really recommend this hotel. Thanks as well to the very good staff.

I had missed a flight and stayed one night in the Marriott airport hotel. As I made a mistake with the dates at booking.com the receptionist Ana Luçia really went the extra mile to help and correct it and I felt very welcomed. Thank you! The rooms, facilities and gym were excellent as well as the breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to the airport plus I got a complimentary late check-out at 3pm - there was really nothing more to ask for. I will be happy to return.

I stayed for only 4h during a transit in Sao Paulo. The hotel is only a 5min drive from Terminal 3. Just walked in and got a room for half a day for 110USD. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped with a superb bed. Bathroom is Marriott usual style. The have a good restaurant, bar and pool area, really liked it. Can absolutely recommend this hotel

The good parts of SP are a long drive from the airport. So if you're looking to enjoy the city, stay in another hotel. But if you need to be close to the airport, this one works just fine. Our room was okay, the buffet was very good, and the hotel provided a very convenient airport shuttle. There's a big swimming pool, so this place is also enjoyably during the summer.

I was visiting a guest and had to find a supermarket. Felipe, a staff member in the lobby directed me. As I made my way I went the wrong way as it was very busy and a confusing route. Suddenly Felipe showed up to show me the way. He walkedme the full ten minutes to the supermarket. Never have I known such kindness at any hotel. I look forward to staying there my next visit. Thank you Felipe!

We stayed here for one night between flights. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Facilities were good and food available that catered for vegetarians too. Staff helped us resolve a transport issue.
