Standard Marriott, nothing earth shattering. Stayed there for two nights. June. Close to the airport, but not much else. Front desk and restaurant staff were helpful on several occasions. Hotel was fine, but just nothing to do in the area on longer stays.
Like any other hotel closed to airport this hotel is also out of city center . Rooms are nice, view also not bad. Breakfast spread is almost same Everyday but one can live with that. If you are in transit stay here otherwise find another one in the city!
Good hotel with all the amenities you need, and expect from Marriott. Good staff and service. Food in restaurants was good and hotel was maintained in decent shape for an airport hotel. Shuttle bus to and from airport makes getting to airport easy.
Good for a transit stop over. The staff are very friendly, they speak English well. I think the upper lever floors, are quieter. Rooms are a bit dated, but there is satellite TV. Breakfast has an amazing spread.
Chose this hotel based on TA ratings and very glad we did. Stayed on the 9th floor Executive floor. Very nice staffed lounge. Room service prompt and good quality. Large well equipped fitness centre and outdoor pool. Excellent service overall and no problem using English. Very close to airport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
I stayed during a 12 hours layover in GRU. Very nice and clean Hotel. Room was large, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. This hotel may looks like outdated from outside, but totally up to Marriott standards inside. Hotel staff was very nice, polite and very professional. Checkin / checkout in few minutes. Shuttle bus run every 30 minutes and is very convenient. Perfect stay, way above my expectations. With my best recommendations and definitely will stay at the hotel again.
I was supposed to go.on a day business trip to Sao Paulo but the traffic got me stuck and I lost my afternoon flight. After re booking with the airline I took a look of nearest hotels and Marriott was highly convenient 5 minutes away. I did not have a reservation but at my arrival the recepcionist was easy to accomodate me. The room was great. 6 floor. Nice view to the pool and plenty of desk and work space , as I would.like to call.it, because.I was going to be there all day the next day till my flight depart. I went to the restaurante downstairs for a buffet dinner..OMG! Best buffet dinner ever!!! I got, as portuguese tradition of my grandma, pumpkin soup! And.please.dont tell her this is the best one I had ever try! Also some sour sweet pork and plenty of chesses with organic local.mermelade/jam of Casa Madeira brand. Highly.recommend to try and buy the Malbec one!!! All my recommendations to have dinner there! The best? Was the host! The welcome brazilian guy that talks to you as if he had.see.you.all the time. Welcoming enviroment and relaxing for.work. Due to my great experience I order room service for breakfast ! I got the continental! A full, and believe me when I say full! Basket of.croissants and bread! A plate of ham and cheeses, a plate of tropical.supee.fresh fruits.and a jar of warm milk and warm water! All taste fresh@ and arrived on time! Finally lunch got.me and I try the buffet again. Food was delicious but as an Avianca flight was cancel and people.was been relocated in the hotel the menu.was a lot more limitated than the night before, anyway quality was excellent. They have a shuttle.service to the airport; unfortunately I couldn t try because.I was trying to get on time. No idea if its free or not. Super recommend hotel for a stay closer to airport. From.city you are.like 40 minutes away and 1.25minutes.with traffic on rush hour !
Clean comfortable hotel, good breakfast. We had a room with two queen sized beds, it was quite spacious. Hotel has a shuttle bus every 30 mins to the airport. I would definitely stay here again if I need a stopover near the airport
The staff was very friendly & helpful. And although I felt the value of breakfast was too high, it was still very good. The room was comfortable, and if I had to give it a "con" it would be the towels....they could be more plush.
Stayed here one night to rest before going to Blumenau. Best buffet ever and overall service was awesome. A little out of range of most sights, but they can recommend a good tour. Absolutely recommend!
