1) Trying to sleep in this hotel was a task.. the walls are so thin that I could LISTEN in to my neighbor s conversation with his mom on skype... never have I ever experienced such low quality sound proofing... whom ever built this hotel and manages it needs to do something.. 2) yes the windows don’t a humid climate.. the result..everything stinks.. there’s so much mold in that room that my hair stank until I got home to wash it... awful experience

This modern hotel is convenient for a transit layover, such as getting over jet lag. The breakfast is sumptuous and served by friendly staff. Only disappointment for Asian visitors, no extras even for gold card members. Brazil should learn from best global practices!

Had to stay one night due to airline layover and what an amazing surprise! Refurbed rooms, excellent space, awesome shower, bed and pillows are great! Highlights to the restaurant service Cibele is really good and multilingual which is very rare in these hotels normally! Congratulations!

The hotel is great, very comfortable and well equipped. Is very close to Guarulhos airport so it's perfect for one-night stand on connection trip. Improvements that could make it perfect: - Hotels near airport demands early breakfast. We get at 6am at the restaurant, but it takes a few minutes until they provide coffe and hot milk. It would be better to start operations at 5am. Anyway, everything was great. - It seems to be more like a business hotel than a family one. I arrived with my wife and my little daughter at night, but the bed configuration was strange: three single beds instead of a queen + single. - There’s no kids channel on TV or language configuration option on the two or three movie channels available. - There’s no enough information on the hotel website or at the airport about the shuttle. A 15 minutes shuttle should be better too.

We needed a place near the airport to stay from 8am until 8pm that was pet friendly as we have a cat and a dog, We booked a room at Pullman and when we got there, our room had 2 care packages for our pets, food bowls, cat litter, cat toys... I was amazed by that. Everything was clean, quiet and organized. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was perfect! Actually it was our last meal in Brazil, so... A meal to remember! hahaha

Checked in to this hotel late after a long wait at the airport for the shuttle. There seems to be no information on the hotel's website about the shuttle, and no helpful information either at the airport or (when you eventually find it) at the shuttle stand. The Pullman Hotel shuttle leaves the hotel from 06:00 at half-hour intervals until 09:00, when it moves to 40-minutes intervals. It reverts to 30-minute intervals from 19:00 to 22:00 and then again to 40-minute intervals until the last shuttle leaves the hotel at midnight. I had arrived on an international flight from Buenos Aires at Terminal 3 and the bus stand is outside at the left-hand side of the terminal as you walk out. There is a post with Hotel Pullman written on it, but no other signage. The Pullman Hotel's website contains everything you need to know about the hotel, except the most important - how to get there! For an airport hotel, this is a poor show indeed.

If you need to be close to the airport and want to spent that time in confort. This is certainly the place to go to. Very comfortable rooms! Restaurant and bar are good but not gastronomic! Nice gym! Efficient shuttle to the airport.

great place to stay. close enough to GRU for a short run for an early flight. nice swimming pool. good courts for basketball and futsal. and ...the best! 5 "brigadeiros" for free! if you don´t know "brigadeiro", it´s a very traditional Brazilian sweet

One of the best hotels in Sao Paulo for sure, super high standard. Near the airport, best place for transiting. The shuttle bus is of high frequency, very convenient. The lounge is very good, frankly speaking one of the very few hotels in Sao Paulo equipped with lounge. The only disadvantage is the dinner buffet, not exactly buffet, only the salad and desert is, but the main course is la carte. and 120 BRL, not cheap. However, a more favorable executive three course package could be chosen.

I was staying overnight before catching an international flight home. I wanted a smooth end to my trip and Pullman delivered. I saw the earlier post by the hotel "Our transfer stops at Terminal 2 wings B and E and Terminal 3, on departure floor." That is incorrect. Like at most airports, the shuttle picks up on the Arrivals/ground floor--middle island at a sign that lists Pullman. I found the shuttle reliable in both directions. Check in was slow. I didn't use the advance internet check in. That might speed up the process. Staff were helpful when I had questions. Nice bartender. Small room repair was taken care of promptly. Bellman said housekeeping would bring me some free bottled water, but it did not arrive. I was given a couple of hours late check out when my flight was delayed. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning amazing. Blackout curtains worked. Desk functional, but cannot plug phone in at desk, only by bed. Internet signal weak except by door. Room was clean. Strange that there is a mounted (lighted) makeup mirror, but the cord is cut off, so it does not light. Door did not close well, so if just pull/push, it was not closed, so had to slam or push with body (sorry neighbors). Salad for dinner was OK. Breakfast buffet generous. Lounging by the pool was comfortable, if windy the day I was there. Various places to sit, work etc. in the lobby (I had a long wait for flight) with outlets available. Computer/printer for boarding passes, etc. Open lobby was lovely. I can see that it might be noisy if an event being held in the lobby, but there was only a group in the conference area while I was there. I would definitely choose again if near GRU.
