great place to stay. close enough to GRU for a short run for an early flight. nice swimming pool. good courts for basketball and futsal. and ...the best! 5 "brigadeiros" for free! if you don´t know "brigadeiro", it´s a very traditional Brazilian sweet

One of the best hotels in Sao Paulo for sure, super high standard. Near the airport, best place for transiting. The shuttle bus is of high frequency, very convenient. The lounge is very good, frankly speaking one of the very few hotels in Sao Paulo equipped with lounge. The only disadvantage is the dinner buffet, not exactly buffet, only the salad and desert is, but the main course is la carte. and 120 BRL, not cheap. However, a more favorable executive three course package could be chosen.

I was staying overnight before catching an international flight home. I wanted a smooth end to my trip and Pullman delivered. I saw the earlier post by the hotel "Our transfer stops at Terminal 2 wings B and E and Terminal 3, on departure floor." That is incorrect. Like at most airports, the shuttle picks up on the Arrivals/ground floor--middle island at a sign that lists Pullman. I found the shuttle reliable in both directions. Check in was slow. I didn't use the advance internet check in. That might speed up the process. Staff were helpful when I had questions. Nice bartender. Small room repair was taken care of promptly. Bellman said housekeeping would bring me some free bottled water, but it did not arrive. I was given a couple of hours late check out when my flight was delayed. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning amazing. Blackout curtains worked. Desk functional, but cannot plug phone in at desk, only by bed. Internet signal weak except by door. Room was clean. Strange that there is a mounted (lighted) makeup mirror, but the cord is cut off, so it does not light. Door did not close well, so if just pull/push, it was not closed, so had to slam or push with body (sorry neighbors). Salad for dinner was OK. Breakfast buffet generous. Lounging by the pool was comfortable, if windy the day I was there. Various places to sit, work etc. in the lobby (I had a long wait for flight) with outlets available. Computer/printer for boarding passes, etc. Open lobby was lovely. I can see that it might be noisy if an event being held in the lobby, but there was only a group in the conference area while I was there. I would definitely choose again if near GRU.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and bright. Ideal for staying if only staying overnight. Great food, friendly and attentive staff. However it is a long way out of town approx 1 hour. Visiting San Paulo is a must even if your only there for 24 hours as I was. Use Uber as taxis from hotel are more than twice the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here because I lost the connection in Guarulhos and Air France accomodate me here. The shuttle bus to and from the airport operates between 6 am and midnight, a taxi is needed if you need to get to the airport earlier. Check-in process took more than 10 mins because the front desk employee needed to make some calls to find my reservation. I have received a room at 1st floor which is large enough but I was dissapointed by the bathroom. The shower is not delimited from the rest of the bathroom and always when you shower yourself you will flood almost all the room. The bed is very comfortable and it's impossible not to have a good sleep. I had dinner buffet included which was quite good. The price of alcohol is quite high, one big chopp is 19 Rs more than I pay in the other Brazilian hotels I have stayed. I could not try the breakfast because I had to leave at 6 am and it seems that hotel makes some savings starting the breakfast at 6.30 though there are a lot of people leaving the airport early. All in all was a good stay but as mentioned before things like check-in process, bathroom amenities or the price of alcohol can be improved.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent facilities. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent internet, nice pool area with cafe, great food. The staff are all professional, friendly and helpful. Viviane the hostess at breakfast was delightful and made me feel very welcome. Wellington, also at breakfast, did everything possible to make us comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I look forward to my next visit.

Due to my flights schedule I had to stay one night in São Paulo, I'd better say I had the pleasure to stay one night in the Pullman Hotel. The executive room is very nice and the bathroom beautiful even if it is a little bit small. I had dinner at the Bistro and the buffet formula is very attractive. Wide choice of food and they grill on demand meat, fish, prawns, etc. The swimming with the bar is really great, I just regret not having swimming cloth with me ... Concerning the staff, there was no one to congratulate because they all deserve my congratulations. I really recommend this hotel !

Was only staying for a day but was pleased with the service I received throughout my stay. While having a beer at the pool I was served by Wellington who not only spoke very good English, but was very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Coming from Buenos Aires (see Ibis experience) I arrive in Sao Paulo. Guarulhos airport has several terminals and when calling where the bus leaves I was directed to Terminal 3. Took the free airport shuttle bus there and hopped on the Pullman bus when it arrived. Unfortunately it went back where I arrived at Terminal 2. Some better signs would help. But this was my only "bad" experience. Once arrived at the hotel it was just an ongoing great experience. You can see the hotel already from far away because of it´s unique location and architecture. Got upgraded to a bigger, actually huge room, which was very nicely decorated, recently renovated. The bathroom alone (separate shower and bathtub) was bigger than some other hotel rooms. Enjoyed nice dinner and enormous breakfast. Overall very good service and friendly, proactive staff. A pity I stayed only for one night!

The place is far from the city but it's very near to the airport itself so much stress free from the's my first time here...when we arrived, the staff are so efficient with giving us our less than 5 minutes-all of us got our keys. The room space and no sound can be heard from the other rooms as well so you can always sleep peacefully and rejuvenate the next day. The buffet is not that much but they showcase local foods and the grill part for the dinner is to look forward to. The staff have smiles so genuine that makes you feel so comfortable. They also have a free shuttle to the nearest mall.
