I can't even count how many things went wrong. When I first checked in there were mosquitoes circumvent the front desk. Got to the room and the air conditioner didn't work, but luckily the repair man came quickly. The blinds ripped off the wall when I tried to close them. The toilet was clogged the first day. There are no electric outlets in the bedroom. Only one device can be connected to the wi-fi at a time. The door to the living room was jammed open and blocked the view to the TV. Not that it mattered because it turns out the Tv was broke. But don't bother trying to call the front desk, it's not possible to call from the room. I will never stay here again, not even if you paid me!

The hotel is in the nice location, 10 mins walk to the metro and 5 mins walk to rua Augusto- the night life street. The room is quite spacious with bedroom intergrated to dining. The check-in was late and there weren't facial towels or foot towels in my room. We had to ask for it! The hotel's towels were absolutely old and some was torn with stains. A maid knocked at the door for room cleaning on the 2nd day, we told her that we were leaving in 5 mins and she agreed to come back afterwards. When we came back to the room at 8 p.m., the room wasn't cleaned, the towels were still on the floor and the bed wasn't made but the list on the minibar was checked! How unplesant!! It's the first and the last time in this hotel!

The hotel is in a really good location, it's very clean and facilities are very good. An observation I'd make, though is about check in. I got to the hotel 15 minutes before check in time and 15 minutes after check in time I had to discuss my plans with the person at the front desk so I could have my room. Other than that, staff is willing to help, breakfast is good and the rooms have a great size. I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 2 months in three different type of suites. Each of then we rented private from Sr. Jose Claudio Policastro. He is really a great host. Always attentive, very polite and always time for a nice conversation. Also he helped us with some minor problems in our flats. The housekeeping works very efficient. Also there is a really nice and big heated indoor swimming pool and a big Sauna. The gym has all the machines you need in the morning for a great workout. The location is perfect. Actually for me in the "heart" of big and busy Sao Paulo. All the major streets are around and in walking distance. From Paulista Avenue, Rua Oscar Freire or nice Frei Caneca to go during the night. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was not ready at my arrival. It was not so clean. Troubles with the wifi. Breakfast buffet is not at the best level. A friend of mine was charged a full day because he left the room 2 hours late. The room is a bit noisy at night.

The main feature to be highlighted is the apartment size: there is a living room, a bedroom, a small office area (free Wi-Fi), a mini kitchen (with pretty limited cooking facilities) and a bathroom. It seems perfect for families. Apartments (and the whole building) have a tired feeling, asking for some long-term maintenance. Furthermore, cleanliness is not the house specialty, although I couldn't call it a dirty place. Breakfast has all the basic items for starting a day. Good location, relatively close to Paulista Ave. and relatively easy to be reached from the metro station (both yellow and green lines).

This is a very tired and old-fashioned Hotel with poor staff and services. Internet is slow, the rooms are big but very tired and out of time. Cost and location are the only reasons to stay here, but there are better deals available.

This hotel has a good location only 10mins from the centre (taxi ride) round the corner from Paulista Ave if you want to grab a coffee. The room was very spacious, we only stayed 3 nights but it was equiped for much longer, had a mini kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. The floor could of been cleaner, ie dust and hairs on the first day we arrived, also the wifi was bad in the bedroom but good in the lounge area. Breakfast also had a good selection. Overall is good value for money.

The longer I stayed at Quality Suites Long Stay Bela Cintra the less I enjoyed it. We booked an executive suite for 5 days while in the city for a convention. The positives included a great location in central Sao Paulo, lots of room, a comfortable bed, and a balcony from where we could view an impressive cityscape and enjoy the most incredible sunsets. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The negatives included a stuffy suite with no hint of luxe, a poor layout with no lounge area for more than 1 guest, a poorly equipped kitchen, a lack of attention to detail, very poor housekeeping - some days we were missed completely, extremely slow elevators, and no laundry facilities, which surprised me for a long stay facility. The buffet breakfasts were basic.

Great place! It looks like a little apartment that I would live in! They have a balcony too! Swimming pool, and the gym has the necessary equipment! Breakfast is good, and the food in the room service is pretty good as well. If you need a place to stay that looks like home... I recommend!
