Nossa estadia teve pontos positivos e alguns aspectos que podem ser melhorados. Chegamos ao local cerca de 1 hora antes do check-in e conseguimos acessar a recepção pela liberação facial. Sabemos que a entrada oficial é após as 15h e que a liberação antecipada depende de disponibilidade. No nosso caso, não foi possível, embora tenhamos observado outros hóspedes acessando os quartos com mais de uma hora de antecedência. Talvez valha alinhar melhor esse critério para evitar dúvidas entre os hóspedes e esclarecer melhor a diferença no tratamentos entre os hóspedes. Outro ponto foi que, às 15h, ainda não havíamos recebido o link com a senha de acesso ao quarto, sendo necessário entrar em contato para solicitar. Também fomos informados de que o quarto não estava pronto devido à limpeza; porém, ao chegarmos, observamos pelos na parede do banheiro e cabelos no chão, o que indica oportunidade de melhoria na conferência da limpeza. Pontos positivos: recepcionista prestativo e cordial, boa localização próxima a pontos de interesse, sacada com bom espaço, ótima área de convívio social e boa vista da cidade.
