The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The rooms were well cleaned. The beds were awful and you could feel the springs on the bed. The elevators didn't have their sensors working properly which can be dangerous if they close on someone. Overall the stay was below average and if you need to be well rested I would not recommend this hotel.

Ficamos apenas um dia nesse hotel em São Luís, pois no outro dia já fomos pra barreirinhas. O hotel é muito bom pelo valor da diária. Vale muito a pena. O quarto é bem grande, a cama é Queen e o colchão bem confortável, o chuveiro é sensacional, com uma vazão de água que chega a fazer massagem rs Atendimento também foi muito bom e o café da manhã estava ok. Tinha bastante variedade. Recomendo a estadia.
