Reception people not so friendly. Wifi in rooms not working.

Good hotel for the price. Our unit was down a LOT of steps, but the check in team helped carry bags down to room. Fantastic location close to shops and restaurants.

Recommend getting transfer from port or airport for 40 euro. Impossible to find hotel with out guidance. Bed isn't comfy, could use some towel hooks to hang towels. No conditioner provided. Amazing views worth it all.

Santorini and Oia are not for those who are in the least bit access challenged. Many, many steps of un Ben heights and frequently sloping down. Very slick if wet! The rooms are lovely with a cold breakfast delivered directly to your room each morning. The ”feel” of the room is somewhat cavelike in that the walls and ceiling are rounded and stuccoed. Beds are comfortable as are the other furnishings. I’m not tall but I did bump my head several times on the first day. Food on the island is generally delicious and quite reasonably priced. I’m glad that we didn’t wait til we were much older or we would not have enjoyed this as much as we did.

Staff was nice but the actual room experience was disappointing. Room was damp and smelled of mildew from the restroom. Restroom toilet leaked from every flush. The shower was small and tight. The reek of mildew and the restroom was unbearable to be in longer than a few minutes. Their only saving grace was the view. Walking out every morning and seeing the sunrise made me forget about how gross the room was.

The honeymoon suite has an incredible view, we had our own balcony and jacuzzi however if you are looking for privacy this is not the place since people from other rooms can see to your balcony, also people from a restaurant around, even tourists taking pictures will overlook your balcony. Staff is very nice but is not a 24 hrs service, they have a separate reception in a different location as well. If you are not too picky this will be a great hotel, views are the plus.

Staff are very friendly. Hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. Stairs is dangerous. No beach even close to the hotel. And when they said check in time is 2 pm you cant go in earlier than that. Over priced hotel.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Oia, breathing distance from the Famous Church of Oia and the Sunset point. Its the most inexpensive hotel you will find around this area. Most people have complained about the stairs in their reviews, but Oia is all about big uneven slippery stairs. Its a village and it was built like that. So that is not a specific problem of this specific hotel. The view from the balcony is just awesome! The breakfast is bad. Except for the coffee and the marble cake everything else was low quality and stale.

The hotel did not live up to standards nor was it worth the price at all. The view was great, but this is Santorini, you can get an amazing view anywhere. Don't waste your money here. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help coordinate plans and travel. The staff and the view at breakfast were the only redeeming qualities. Look at staying in Kamari beach. You will not regret it. Rent a dune buggy for 70 euro and go to Oia for a night and get your view. Don't get caught up in staying in Oia - it was not enjoyable at all.

the service is greater than the room and the hotel it self. great location tho. but very poor amenities and breakfast need to be improve!

Great location right in the heart of Oia. Couldn't be happier with this hotel and the location. The room was a bit small however it was very clean and comfortable. The shower clogged on our 3rd night but the staff quickly fixed it.
