Just spent 5 days at this wonderful property! It is truly a charming small hotel on Santorini. From the moment you enter the property you feel at home. The entire staff is always there for whatever you need starting with Zili who manages the front desk. She is very knowledgeable regading Fira and is there to help all along the way. The breakfasts are superb! If you are looking to relax and have a quiet environment this is your place.

These are beautiful suites in a lovely, peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the towns yet only a few minutes away from Fira by car. The rooms are modern, very clean with several luxury touches. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The pool area is very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. A lovely buffet breakfast was included.

5 star immaculate and welcoming.

This hotel is amazing! From the moment you walk into the reception area you are treated like family. Electra was so gracious to us. We were on our honeymoon and fell off an atv! Thankfully we are badly bruised and frightened but Electra and her staff attended to us with ice packs, bottles of water, antiseptic etc. The pool is lovely and while this hotel isn’t water front, the ambiance it boasts is romantic. Hotel is located not too far up in the hills and it’s very flat for easy accessibility. Tell Electra we sent you!

Happiness in Santorini

This was the best hotel of our trip. Even though my husband had to go to the hospital, the welcoming by Anna was above our expectations. She helped us get to a doctor straight away. If anyplace there was to just relax by the pool and regenerate, this was a great one. Breakfast was fantastic, we had pizza in our room. Large portions. We ordered 2 thinking they would be for one individual but had enough for dinner. The room was exceptional, with lots of space, great bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, great wifi. A short walk down to a seaside bar, Yaros. Free shuttle to town at various set times. The town is extremely busy, so it was nice to stay away from the crowd, yet close enough to get to. You can even walk if you like walking(I did it in about 45 min), or less than 5 min by cab €10. Everything was very clean, the pool was cleaned regularly. The staff was exceptional and would help anything you needed. Nice loungers and pillows by the pool. Although the view is opposite the Caldera, it is still a beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you Anna and Elektra and all the staff for a wonderful stay. We will be back and definitely recommend you to our friends.

Don't Go Anywhere Else!

The appartments are very large and spotlessly clean and finished to an extremely high standard. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly and are more than happy to assist with anything at all. The breakfast is absolutely fine. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and Fira centre - it costs €10 if you have to get a taxi! I would thoroughly recommend the Aliter suites.

Wonderful hotel- perfect for couples

My girlfriend and I stayed in April, and the experience was nothing short of magical. Right from the moment we arrived we were made to feel hugely welcome by Electra and her team of wonderful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable, accommodating to our every need and even allowing us an extra day in the room at no extra charge when we had a late night flight- a really classy touch which helped us out immensely. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, well-equipped, and the hot tub on the balcony was perfect to relax in after a long day of sightseeing! Breakfast was made to order each morning and was delicious, the variety of choice was staggering for such a small hotel and was so fresh too. The hotel also offers many extra services at a reasonable price which we took full advantage of- room service food rivalled that of the restaurants in Fira, and at half the price! We hired an ATV and went on a sunset cruise through the hotel and they made everything so easy for us- I would thoroughly recommend taking advantage of those activities through the hotel as they were reputable and relatively inexpensive. The only down side is that the hotel is out of town, and the walk to Fira is long and up a steep hill, however the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from town three times a day, and taxis aren't too expensive so it really wasn't an issue. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Aliter Suites; the facilities, and staff, were second to none.

Amazing Staff and Spacious Room

The room exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious with a personal jacuzzi on the terrace. The area surrounding the hotel is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists in nearby Fira. Electra was amazingly gracious and helped us book the best table at a cafe in Pyrgos to watch the sunset as well as arrange our ATV drop-off. She really went above and beyond for us.

Perfect stay in a wonderful facility

Fantastic, everything was great. Super attentive service provided by Electra and her team, the freshest Greek Salads, very accommodating to a group of our friends who joined us at the pool one of the days - so much so they wished they had booked at Aliter too. The room and jacuzzi were kept immaculately clean daily by the housekeeping team. We hired an ATV as the hotel is around 20mins walk from town centre, apparently a new local bus route is being planned nearby for next year once the roads have been upgraded in the off season, this will be a great help for those not wanting to pay Car / ATV hire. Overall very happy, and came home totally fresh and relaxed. Great trip, can't recommend highly enough.
