We love Simona!

Simona was an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was really accommodating. Trying to find activities to do during our off season. Checking in and check out was so easy with her. We love Simona, she made our first time in Santorini the best! Would love to book a room at this hotel again when we visit in the summer!

Everything about this property is great! Enjoyed watching the sun set from the hot tub. Simona was extremely helpful and kind during our stay. Allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room upgrade. Would stay here again

I was at the property on June 18th. I tried using the Jacuzzi, but there were flies in the water and around it. Within 5 minutes of using the Jacuzzi, I developed severe rashes on my body. I have pictures of this, which I will be emailing to Expedia. I attempted to discuss this with the staff, specifically Sofia. Unfortunately, she showed no concern for the issue. She simply mentioned that it might be due to some medication in the water. However, I have been staying in different hotels for the past 4-5 days and never had this kind of allergic reaction to water. It seems they are not cleaning the water properly. Furthermore, Sofia suggested that the reaction would quickly go away, almost as if she were a doctor. Additionally, the phone in the room is not working, and the TV is not a smart TV, so we couldn't use YouTube or watch anything we wanted; instead, we were limited to Greek channels, which we couldn't understand. There was no extra water in the refrigerator either. Overall, the staff was not helpful in addressing my concerns. While Sofia mentioned she would have the Jacuzzi cleaned, she did not address the irritation and allergies I experienced due to the water. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price we paid. It has been a waste of money and is overpriced. I hope this feedback helps in addressing these issues promptly and appropriately. I am requesting a refund or credit for these inconveniences.

This beautiful new Neoma boutique hotel made us feel like family from the moment we arrived we were taken care of in every way possible from the concierge desk arranging transfers to and from the airport and housekeeping that kept our room spotless, every single need was met. We chose to stay in the smaller economy room because we weren’t going to be spending much time in a room, the bed was absolutely comfortable and the floor was quiet. This hotel went above and beyond for everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable. The highlight and the reason we chose Neoma was the pool, bar and Restaurant with 5* food that overlooked the Acropolis. The bartender and waitress were unbelievable at making you feel welcome and the service was the best we’ve ever had staying anywhere. The staff of this hotel are the stars. Choose Neoma you will truly not be disappointed. I could not find one thing to criticize and I am super hard to please. Staying at Neoma helped make visiting Athens one of our best vacations ever.
