Even before we step in to the reception the view was already breathtaking! Upon arrival Dimitry welcomed us and informed us with everything needed. He assisted us with everything we asked for great customer service! In the morning we met Jona (mgr) accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast attendants were very on point and on time (wish we got their names) everyone is always smiling and attentive to every request we had. Amazing staff is what brought out stay more enjoyable! The hotel alone is perfect, very clean room, cant find the exact word to describe the view, sunset 100% this is the only trip we had where we were able to relax and sometimes wished we could just stay in the hotel. Wished everyone who stayed here gave a great review to show how this is the “Chiciest” hotel in Santorini! Everything a guest needs is here! Thank you for the great service and accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were friendly. This is a great town to visit in Santorini. It is a lot less crowded than Oia and Fira, but the views are still great. The only negative was the pool. The pool is beautiful, but the water is freezing. It would be great if the pool was heated.

We had a brilliant stay at the Chic Hotel - the views of the Caldera are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast brought to your room every morning was delicious and such a treat to sit outside and take in the view. Would also recommend a trip to Sea Side for some beach time. Thank you Jana and team for a wonderful stay!

We chose this property specifically for the private Jacuzzi on the balcony, which we paid for. However, upon arrival, we found that the Jacuzzi was not functioning, the water was dirty, and the hotel stated it could only be repaired in March 2025. Additionally, the hotel staff was unaware that my airport transfer was included, which I found unprofessional. While they attempted to resolve the issue by offering another room with an indoor Jacuzzi, it was over-chlorinated, and the water did not heat properly.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views, remarkable rooms, and a spendid staff. Customed breakfasts personally served on the spacious terraced balconies made for most memorable starts to each day. A variety of hot tubs on the terraces and in some of the rooms made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. All of the staff were friendly, gracious, and accommodating. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and adeptly helped us with numerous arrangements and advice.

The Chic Hotel is just like all the famous pictures you see when describing rooms that are built down the side of a mountain in Santorini. This hotel is closer to the main town, Fira, than Oia (the other famous place). Service and breakfast were great. Only criticism is, if you stay here, avoid room 4. The hot tub in the bathroom was not manageable and over heated the entire room. A cover for the hot tub would solve that problem. Beautiful place and incredible views.

Chic Hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating, and the property is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the downtown (about 10-15 mins). I cannot recommend enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Chic Hotel. Starting from the very polite and prompt communication prior to our arrival to kind and hospital front desk staff . Maya and Thanasis, aside from outstanding work ethic, have warm and caring touch to the service. We enjoyed our room with the amazing jacuzzi overlooking Caldera. Unforgettable sunset with a glass of wine was a nice touch . One little encounter was the temperature of the water in the shower had a mind of its own, magically , without a warning was changing from very hot to a freezing cold . However, it did not spoil our amazing experience. If you are looking for a 5 star accommodations with the view of a breathtaking sunset and sunrise in the Beautiful and quite Firostefani village in close proximity to Fira and a breathtaking hike along the Aegean sea to Oia, the Chic hotel is definitely should be your choice !
