Hotel was closed, I did get moved to some other hotel but I would have liked to be informed of the change ahead of time, instead of wasting over 30 minutes to find the new hotel location
The location was pretty good and the lobby was very nice.
Horrible management accusing us of things we didn’t do
Very close to the city. But el internet of the hotel is not good
Old hotel. Terrible traffic to get there. Or to leave.
The hotel is a bit dated but the service and staff were very good. Originally booked at lower floor but got upgraded to 20th floor because I am IHG platinum member. Also got to have free breakfast buffet and a late check out at 6 pm which worked out great because our flight was 10 pm. Another plus for being IHG member is the use of club lounge at 22nd floor which offers breakfast and happy hours between 6:30 and 10 pm. Walking distance to most attractions in city center. There are newer and better hotels at Las Condes area, but need to take Metro to get to city center from there.
Overall this hotel is OK however it is way overpriced and it has everything a five-star hotel has however the condition of the hotel Is diminishing.
Old hotel overpriced. Staff not friendly at all, but most speak good English. Just overall below average experience. I would not recommend staying there.
The hotel has outside pool and jacuzzi. Gym with enough equipment. Stuff are fluent of English and very friendly. I was welcomed by one drink and I got good Pisco Sour. It close to metro and you can go to any major place of tourism from there.
Like many large hotels and other service companies in Chile, the rules, needs and outlook of the service provider comes first. The guest is a second. Doormen are kind and attentive, front desk staff are generally, but not always surely. No English language newspaper available in the hotel at all. They do have photo copies off the web. Food is not too bad. In general solid 3-star hotel. Price is slightly more reasonable than other downtown Santiago hotels.
