When we got there we were greeted at the gate by a guard who told us that they only accepted groups for that weekend eventhough we made our reservation two months prior. No emails no notifications. Do not plan a family there , you will definitely regret it.

Avoid! Wish i can give this place more than two stars however i guess my expectations were too high. First of all the place is clean and has ONE friendly server at the restaurant. I come from a crazy city New York and i was just looking for something comfortable and somewhere peaceful to spend with my family. Perhaps a one on one with nature (which is the idea you get when you see the pictures posted by the hotel) little did i know that i was getting myself into a two day retreat with an approximate of 100 students!! From high school. In other words there was not peace whatsoever. At this point i was furious. At 6am i was already up because i could hear the microphone from the organizers( whom i believe are the owners of the hotel) all the way to my room. I feel that it would had been nice if we were advised that 100 students (VERY LOUD) were staying at the hotel with us. Don’t get me wrong i don’t mind being around a large group however the amount of noise and invasion of privacy was absurd. When dinner time came we couldn’t even have a conversation or try to look for a table to sit down because everything even the food menu that night was customized for “the school students” the owners of the hotel were there since our first day that we checked in and they did not even drop a smile to any of us. On our last night one of the staff members finally came and apologized for the noise however the way that she approached was not comforting
