Loved our time here

We were visiting from the USA. The original hotel that was recommended to me was fully booked so I looked on the map, found this close to riverfront, reviews looked good so I gave it a try. We booked 2 separate stays (as we were doing some traveling inbetween). The hotel room was excellent - clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a shower/bathroom and a balcony. The staff were great. They didn't speak much English but we got by fine and they were really friendly. Waldemar was particularly helpful - when we said how much we loved our room for the first stay he ensured we got the same one for our second stay. They really looked after us.
Our bed was really comfortable.
We had a small balcony, we could look down toward the riverfront.

Loved our time here

My wife and I (American) were visiting Santarem as my brother and his wife (originally from Santarem) were in town so could be our guides for a few days! The original hotel that was recommended to me was fully booked so I looked on the map, found this close to riverfront, reviews looked good so I gave it a try. Bom hotel perto da orla

A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa, o café da manhã é bom e possui variedades, o quarto é limpo, porém, como aluguei em cima da hora, o quarto que peguei nao era arejado, portanto nao tinha luz natural, mas como foi viagem a trabalho e só dormia prtaicamente pra mim serviu. Quanto a localizacao, o hotel fica a uma quadra da orla, localizacao boa para ir comer a noite.

Fica bem localizado no centro , muito bom o café da manhã muitas variedades, cama boa para dormir, você pode ir a pé para o calçadão da orla onde tem diversos bares e lanches. Uns quarenta minutos a pé até o mercadão 2000.

Já é a 2a vez nesse hotel. Os funcionários são atenciosos e procuram ajudar. O Gerente (Sr. Valdemar) muito prestativo. Quarto amplo, limpo e com central de ar ótima. Chuveiro com água quente. Cadê da manhã muito bom. Um ponto que gostei muito é a garagem. Ótima estadia. Recomendo.

Ótimo hotel

Ótima localização, quarto silencioso, funcionários atenciosos. Café dá manhã maravilhoso, bem variado e muito delicioso!!! Ponto negativo: toalhas encardidas e fronhas com aspecto de sujas. A rua onde fica o hotel é muito próxima a orla mas bem deserta. Mais segura só se for de carro.
