Just came back for a week long trip from tenerife. Stayed in this hotel and have mixed feelings. Generally this is a good value for money hotel. You cant get anything better at this price. The following things i liked about the hotel. 1) The staff wether at reception, bar, restautrant were all very polite 2)The variety of food and drink was good 3) The pool and the view from hotel is amazing 4) Daily and hourly shuttle to the nearest city center 5) The rooms were spacius, bathroom was great and pretty clean 6) The stairs and ambience on your way to restaurant is pretty much like 5* and very relaxing. 7) A huge hotel with plenty of rooms with sea view. 8) Most of the staff could speak multiple language including german, english and local language 9) The entertainment lead Nadja was great and always motivated us and others to participate in the evening programs. The following things i did not liked about the hotel. 1) It definitely needs a renovation. The doors in the room i had to slam realy hard to close. You dont expect this in a 4 * hotel. 2) The walls had cracks and gave a feeling that it is like this since a while. 3) You have to pay a deposit for towels near the pool 4) The spa was not included in all inclusive deal even if the booking agent promises one. 5) the location was bit far from city or nearest beach Overall i found the hotel reasonable well despite of so many negatives review about it.

Be aware if you are going self catering a 'Fully equipped kitchen' DOES NOT include; A kettle An oven A toaster A cork screw A tin opener So you will struggling cooking a meal, staff were helpful and offered a room a kettle, but when we asked they said they had no kettles left. Gutted!!! The good thing was, no early morning sun lounger reserving - we we always managed to get a bed by the pool, even at 10am

Hotel - Just lacking full 4 Star features. A 4 Star hotel would not charge extra for parking, gym, indoor pool and use of sauna. Also daily fresh poolside towels come at an extra cost. Very clean throughout. Cleaners could be seen regularly working hard, including the cleaning of the outdoor pool and toilets. Location - Isolated. Not for teenagers and young adults wanting lots of bars and a busy night life. No beach. Hire Car is highly recommended. Rooms - The Sea View room we were originally allocated was dreadful. The room was tired, the bathroom terrible and the bed wobbly. The 'Sea View' was not a traditional sea view. You could just about see the sea, but the primary view was the tiled roofs of the accommodation in front of the balcony. We actually complained to the reception staff and duty manager about the poor room and the view. They did move us to a sea view room in the main hotel, which from the photos is what we thought we had booked. The hotel likes to use the term 'Panoramic View' for the rooms with a traditional 'Sea View'. I suppose 'Superior Sea View' would be better. However, the reception staff made us pay an upgrade rate to get a nice room with a sea view. I got the duty manager involved the next day, but she did not seem to understand the issue and even though she emailed the Hotel General manager, we did not get the upgrade money back. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from the hotel reception staff and management. They must know the Sea View Suites are in urgent need of an upgrade and some sea views are poor! Restaurant - Outstanding in all respects. The waiters, serving staff and chefs worked very hard. The food in the restaurant was always fresh and replaced regularly. Something for everyone. Poolside Snacks and Drinks - On the whole, fine. The All Inclusive drinks were what you would expect, but they had an obsession of serving cocktail drinks in pint glasses which from a presentational perspective, looks poor. The snack food served between 1500-1700 was hit and miss as it was often cold and unappetising. Recommendations - Only choose this hotel if you like a quiet location. Get a hire car. Go All Inclusive as it is well worth it and speeds-up the time to get served at the bar. Oh and most importantly, if you want a modern room with a sea view, choose the 'Panoramic View' room option. We had a great holiday, but we would have hated it if we had not moved rooms.

We spent very nice holidays at La Quita Park Suites. Very good hotel given the price we paid. First of all, hotel is very well located in a quiet place with nice views on see side or mountain side (Pico Del Teide). It is not isolated though and access to places like Puerto De La Cruz or even Santa Cruz is very easy. We had a car, so we did not use bus service to Puerto De La Cruz but always nice to know it is available if needed. I could read some negative comments before leaving saying hotel is old. For sure, it is not brand new, but i must admit it is all well maintained and clean in public areas or inside the room. The room is more like an apartment and is very functional. There is a living room, terrace, kitchen and bedroom all separated. Our stay was very comfortable. The only minor downside (like several other hotels): in room Wi-Fi can be very, very slow at times, so there is room for improvement there. Bed and pillows are very comfortable which is not always the case in hotels. We did not book all inclusive formula; only breakfast was included and could not fault it. It is served from 07h30 to 10h30 which is quite large compared to other hotels. Plenty of food to choose from and staff very friendly. There is so much to eat you can spend your day without feeling hungry before diner. Only minor critic is about orange juice quality which could be improved. All the staff was very polite and friendly, some of them could even speak some words of French which was much appreciated. What really amazed us is that my friend had his birthday during our stay. We spent that special day touring to Pico Del Teide. A lovely surprise was waiting for us when we came back to the hotel: staff left in the room a bottle of Spanish sparkling wine in a champagne sot with a letter written in French wishing him a happy birthday from all the team. A very nice touch we are not ready to forget. It means a lot on way the they care for their customers. Despite all these very good points, there is one thing I did not really like: the fitness center. We are doing sports all year long and wanted to take advantage of this even during holidays. First issue: you have to pay to use it (6€/day or 20€/week). First time I see this in a hotel like this but given the good price we had for the room, I did not mind to pay 20€. For that price, they should at least provide towels. We had to use hotel towels so requested them to be cleaned every day. I don't know the benefit for them here. That fitness center should also provide air conditioning. The whole place was really too hot which makes it uncomfortable especially for cardio-training. The so called "coach" is more interested in chatting with friends than actually help you. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely book at la Quita if we come back to Tenerife even if some little things could be improved. We know we will spend good time there which is more important.

-A fantastic mini break for my wife and I! -Found a fantastic deal of €216 for two nights stay half board on booking.com. -We also paid €12 to ensure the car was securely locked in the underground garage. (On street parking is available but the roads are a bit tight or need a bit of work on them). -When making the booking we mentioned in the special requests section that it was our honeymoon and could we have extra pillows as my wife is 35 weeks pregnant. Both requests were met on arrivial including a free upgrade from a Junior Suite to a Panormaic Suite which was absolutely beautiful! There was also the surprise of champagne chilling on ice inside the room! -We arrived on a Tuesday specifically to experience the gala dinner and the whole display was fantastic! The food and entertainment was wonderful but the seating arrangements can be slightly uncomfortable when seated with people who don't speak either language of one another. - Drinks are included at breakfast time regardless of board status, this includes juices, water and hot drinks. - Men must wear long trousers seemed only applicable at the gala dinner night on the Tuesday. Otherwise the didn't seem to be any complaints. -The pools are ACTUALLY heated and there were always sun loungers available to use. -Mini Golf is free but seriously needs some work! Concrete and golf balls are not a good mix! -Every member of staff that we interacted with from reception to the cleaners were faultless and no job was too big or too small. -If you have transportation then Santa Cruz shopping centre is always a great day out and only 20 minutes away! Otherwise there is a free shuttle bus to and from Puerto de la Cruz and the hotel throughout the day. Overall this hotel is a very nice 3 ☆ and I would be hopeful that one day it can reinstate it's previous 4 star status! Would visit again! Thankyou for our wonderful trip!

We booked here for 3nights & it cost €229! The hotel itself is not that flash but it is decent & has everything you would need. We were barely there during the day as we were out site seeing around the island. However the views on our balcony (Junior Suite) were amazing! Especially for watching the sunset! Our suite came with a small kitchenette so we were able to buy snacks & cook a little. Their outdoor pool is not that bad either! We decided to have buffet dinner on a Monday night at the hotel & it was €21 per adult €10 per child, food was alright! On Tuesday we decided to join in for the hotel dinner&show. It was €65 for two adults & one child (4 course meal). Food was horrible, however the show was fun! It was good to see a traditional Spanish dance & we also got to meet & talk to other tourist on the table. Overall the hotel was a decent place 😊

We paid a lot of money for a 11 nights stay all inclusive in a delux suit apartment, it was dreadfull, it was dirty, the furniture was dirty and in bad state of repair, skirting boards was falling off paint work was a joke , both windows on eithere side of balcony was cracked and shattered badly, the food was terrible never hot al.ways cold or luke warm. yes u get free towels when ur all inclusive but if u want clean ones during your stay u have to pay for clean one, if you want entertainment at night ,it was a joke it was how to make a cocktail, fashion show, bird show, and a bit music the odd night, stay clear of this hotel

The Room and the View were nice! The Food was ok, (you have to pay for drinks separate) friendly Staff, BUT if its like a retirement home and theres NOTHING to do in St. Ursula, Puerto de la Cruz is in 10 Min with the Car reachable. (YOU WILL NEED A CAR THERE) I will not recommend it to smd between 20-40 y.o. For Seniors its ok, but not for the young people.

We travelled (three adult females) for a long weekend getaway in the sun. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to an apartment as they said that would be more comfortable than the room we had booked. This was very much appreciated and the apartment had two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, bathroom and a very large terrace overlooking the sea. It was fantastic! Whilst it was a bit dated, the price reflects this. We only ate at the restaurant once, but this was very nice for a buffet and had a decent variety of food. It is a shame that the restaurant does not have anywhere to eat outside though. The spa was great, though you do have to pay more for it. It feels very new and clean and is a must for relaxation! The only downside is that the hotel is not near anything. There is one shop, for your daily supplies, but otherwise you have to travel. This did not bother us as we had a car (and parking was available on the roads outside the hotel), but it is something to bear in mind if you want to leave the hotel. The nearby town of Puerto de la Cruz is fabulous - a lovely feel to it and several great restaurants and shops to visit. Overall, the service at every stage was excellent, the pool area was lovely and quiet and we would definitely return to this hotel.

We booked the hotel and paid extra for spa access on booking.com but it wasn't written anywhere that 'spa' just includes indoor pool. We had to pay separately for gym access and sauna (both separately). The hotel had a problem with ants - found them everywhere in the bed, even after excessive cleaning. Breakfast was good, view was great.
