APTO SOLMAR is a fantastic apartment for 6 people on the 5th floor, with elevator. It has a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen with all the services, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large balcony where you can enjoy views of the sea and the pool. Its interior is bright with modern decoration taking care of the details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Outside they have a large communal area with a garden area, swimming pool, picnic area, a tennis court and a play area for the little ones in the house. One of its greatest charms is its location, as it is located on the Paseo Marítimo, 50 meters from the beach and very close to all services. It is a great choice for a family vacation.



Santa Susanna has several certifications with the Family Tourism and Sports Tourism Brand. Its main attractions are its kilometers of wide beaches of clean and golden sand, surrounded by pine forests. The services and facilities of its Nautical Station will facilitate the practice of numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving, among others. Nearby is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can also take different excursions and outdoor activities. Santa Susanna is an excellent starting point for quickly and conveniently excursions to the most important places in the country: both inland and on the nearby Costa Brava or in the city of Barcelona.

We offer you the following options:



1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.

2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.



- Groups are not accepted.

- HHR reserves the right to apply a deposit amount it deems appropriate based on the reservation and the number of occupants.

- Online check-in is required to collect the keys.

- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory.

- The reservation includes towels, sheets, and cleaning services.

- Reservations for less than 4 days will be subject to an additional €80 charge.

- IMPORTANT: Accommodation suitable for families only.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
