Hilton Garden Inn is comfortable, staff is helpful and it is nice to have an on-site bar and restaurant. However, we encountered some rough edges on this stay: 1) a 10 minute shower set off the fire alarm, 2) the bathroom fan didn't work, and 3) it took a LONG time for hot water to arrive in the shower. I estimate 10 to 15 gallons of water went down the drain before the water got hot. This is inexcusable in an area that promotes water conservation.

The room was wonderful. I had a problem using my room key when I was entering from outside,and an employee named Doran came to my rescue!!! He let me in and went to front desk and got my key fixed!! He saw I had been shopping and had my hands full, truly appreciated his help!!!

Staff was excellent from front desk check-in to the shuttle drivers. Very accomodating. In fact this place has a lot of excellent touches (the elevators were always somehow at my floor when I pressed the button!). The food is very good and the wait staff is cheery and kind.
