Really great place! Amenities are amazing! Will definitely be back

nice room close to where we were visiting staff was nice

Rooks ready clean and adjoining as requested. Woman at desk at 500pm was great.

good experience but an old property that needs elevators. Staff was fantastic.

Very nice. Well maintained older facility. It has a nestolgic vibe that is really good.

Check in is at 3 p.m. and I arrived at 2:40 p.m. so the front desk tells me that my room is not ready and if I could just go sit on the couch and wait until they come and get me that would be great. I was really pleasant as it was my 3-year anniversary so we sat there until 3 and nobody checked us in and I noticed that not one, two, or three people but about 14 to 15 people started checking in and I was still sitting there in plain view on the couch by 3:30 I approach them again and they said the room was still not ready and I was getting a bit frustrated as I was hoping to go into the room in the schedule time check-in was arranged... at 3:40 they had me check in. Beforehand we had arranged to have a bottle of wine and strawberries there for my partner so I thought this is why the late check in, but when I went into the room it was not there... I was almost in tears. I had to call them up and spoil the surprise and asked where it was and they said it would be there in a little bit so about an hour later there was a knock at the door and not one but two people walking to my room (a girl and a guy) and drop it off and just kind of stare at me and I told them that my spouse was in the restroom.. so thank you? I wasn't sure why they were just standing there looking at me as if they wanted to join in our celebration or something. If it was a tip that was after I wasn't really going to give them that because it is obviously should have been there when I arrived.

We had a disappointing stay. Upon checking in we were given a room on the first floor not far from reception. Since it was our first stay in the hotel, i was not sure what that may mean in terms of noise level, etc., well apparently the room was next door to both the reception and the restaurant, which is open until midnight. There was some event going on there with people walking in and out every minute with the doors loudly banging and people yelling. No one at the reception warned us about the proximity to the restaurant and for almost $300 that we paid for one night, i'd expect a full comfort. Rooms like these should be deeply discounted and given to those travelers who don't mind the noise level.

Nice hotel. Clean and updated rooms. Wi-fi slow. Will stay there again!

Bathroom fan does not work and is outdated and grubby.

Awesome pool Good breakfast. Rooms are good size

It’s our got-to when we stay in Santa Rosa because of the pool and the location. I am surprised that we have to pay for the gym when Monetico members get the pool access that guest get. And they offer the pool to a summer camp too so the pool gets pretty rowdy unnecessarily. I get it’s a way to expand business but definitely sacrifices services for hotel guests. Also staff Always seem frazzled and we could never get the front office on the phone when we neeeded help. We had to walk to the front desk, which isn’t close depending on where your room is in the wing of the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but it’s an older hotel that has been refurbished. The walls are thin, so you can here at your neighbors every word. Amenities are great. Room was clean and spacious.

Easy to locate thanks to the beautiful neon flamingo. Staff at check in were very personable and informative. Our room was spotless and had 2 doors, hall and parking lot access. Hotel is a mid century gem and will stay here again

Retro but clean Enjoyable stay. Fun and unique layout. Huge pool

I loved our room, except the maids are pretty loud in the morning and the doors have no sound proofing. I was pleasantly suprised by how nice the place was! It was older yet lovely as can be. It looked beautiful and Christmasy the only thing I'd change is that I would upgrade the beds to something softer and more comfy, put a couple extra pillows in each room.

We were evacuated from hotel on the second night of our three night stay due to the wildfires. Very difficult to get a refund. Tried credit card dispute and then better business bureau. A lot of frustration for something that should have been very simple. Hotel was nice, but I would not stay again due to experience with staff.

Nice pool, nice restaurant, nice staff. Hallways look a bit dirty, but inside rooms are nice and clean. Sauna/gym are not included.
