The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel E is in a great location, very walkable to many great dining options and local shops. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
A beautiful and clean hotel! It's a historic building, so the rooms are small. Parking is not convenient. The room could use some extra hooks, shelves, to give more places to put things in the small space! Location is central and walkable to many amenities! Overall a lovely stay, especially for solo travelers. Not recommended for families.

Room was really small but I expected it. Clean and well decorated but the only thing they gave me to sit on at the desk was a wicker basket bench. Really uncomfortable to sit in and awkward when working on a laptop. No outlet at the desk either. Had to move the desk to get to the outlet. TP dispenser jabs your leg when you use the toilet because the space is too small.
Neat location in downtown Santa Rosa. Lots of excellent food options within walking distance.

For the most part this hotel was a 5 star. The only thing is, the room we had was very small. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and attentive, rooms and the facility was very clean. I would definitely re-book this hotel.
Very beautiful boutique hotel. Modern finishes and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff was very nice and attentive. This hotel has a wine bar and several beers available when you walk in the lobby. No liquor or restaurant inside this hotel but the location is literally next door to restaurants and shopping. Parking is VERY LIMITED. We opted to go with valet parking since we spent most of our time walking the area around the hotel. If you don't do valet there are some nearby parking structures and metered parking in the streets but there are no available parking lots or structures on the premise of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

WOW - What a fantastic hotel! A true hidden gem and so so so worth it compared to any chain nearby. Staff was phenomenal, the place was cleaner then clean, so convenient to everything, rooms were gorgeous - I almost dont want too many people to find out about it lol :) Seriously is our new go-to place to stay when we come again!

Location was pretty great but I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night in this area. Would also recommend staying in a room with a king size bed if you are traveling with a s/o; their queen size bed felt more like a full size bed. Only basic channels provided on the TV - so pretty much only 4-6 watchable channels. Happy that there was a fridge and easy adjustable AC in the room.
Property is excellent, I forgot to use my handicap placard and I got a parking fine of $35.00 , as I woke up after the ticket was written after 10:30 A M . If I had the parking placard on my rear view mirror, my parking would have been free, here in California.

A charming place in the heart of Santa Rosa. Lovely proximity to the square and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants on 4th Street Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless. The room is a little small - think New York or Europe. For one person it was just fine. But might want to get a larger room if traveling with someone - unless you are very friendly.
Amazing place. Super clean and modern. Very hard to find as it doesn't come up on Google maps. Parking is also a little challenging. Overall awesome though.
