We have stayed with Amanda before at her place and we love the location, the home, heated pool, the beaches. Our adult children love coming back to this rental.

Great place off the beaten path

We had a wonderful time here in Santa Rosa Beach. Stayed with another family and plenty of room for everyone. Kiddos enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and dining!

Best Stay for Bachelorette

We had an amazing time at Amanda’s home! The home was exactly what we were expecting and the perfect place to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. We loved how close the beach access was but still off the beaten path. The home was stocked with necessities and we were all so comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had 7 adults and 4 children and this property fit our needs perfectly. Great location. Beach is walkable. But much easier with a golf cart.

Family Christmas at the beach!

Upon checking in we had a couple of minor issues that was handled immediately. The owner was absolutely awesome and very attentive. The short walk to the beach was worth every penny. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you Amanda

A Great Time in Santa Rosa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Amanda's home. Everyone--adults and kids--commented on its cleanliness, decor, and proximity to the beach. The pool was a major plus, especially after enjoying the beach and surf. We also appreciated the beach closet with the chairs, wagon, floats, umbrellas, etc., along with the bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous family vacation getaway

Beautiful house in a great location! Access to biking/hiking trails, restaurants, 2 blocks from beach access, short drive to grocery stores. House was clean, well-furnished had everything we needed and more including heated pool/spa. Amanda and Stephen are outstanding hosts! We are looking forward to going back!

Family Wedding/Reunion

Amanda's home was a great location for us to spend time together and reconnect while celebrating a wedding. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches to make our stay memorable. It was also very close to the beach which was within an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend staying here in Santa Rosa Beach!
